Duālās karjeras nozīme Vidzemes reģiona sporta skolu attīstībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – Duālās karjeras nozīme Vidzemes reģiona sportu skolu attīstībā. Darba mērķis – Pētīt un analizēt duālās karjeras ietekmi uz Vidzemes reģiona sporta skolu pilnveidi, kā arī izveidot sadarbības līgumus starp sporta skolām uz mācību iestādēm. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, praktiski pētnieciskās daļas, secinājumiem un rezultātu analīzes. Maģistra darba autors teorētiskajā daļā pētīja un analizēja Latvijas sporta izglītības sistēmu un duālās karjeras piemērus citās valstīs. Praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā tika anketēti 9 lielāko Vidzemes sporta skolu direktori, kā arī 73 sportisti, kas trenējas kādā no pētījumā iesaistītajām sporta skolām. Noslēguma daļā izdarīti secinājumi par iegūtajiem datiem. Duālā karjera Latvijas izglītības sistēmā ir daļēji funkcionējoša.

The theme of the Master Thesis - The significance of a dual career in the development of sports schools in Vidzemes region. The purpose of the thesis – Research and analyse the impact of a dual career in the development of sports schools in Vidzemes region and establish cooperation agreements between sports schools and educational institutions. The paper consists of an introduction, theoretical part, practical part of the research, conclusions and analysis of the results. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author researched and analysed Latvian sports education system and examples of dual careers in other countries. In the practical part of the research 9 major Vidzeme’s sports school directors and 73 athletes who were training in one of the sports schools involved in the study were questioned. In the final section of the thesis conclusions are made based on the obtained data. The dual career in Latvian education system is partially functional.
