Studentu mācīšanās motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas "X" augstskolā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā pētīta studentu mācīšanās motivācija un tās pilnveidošanas iespējas. Maģistra darba mērķis - izpētīt mācīšanās motivāciju “X” augstskolā un izstrādāt tās pilnveidošanas iespējas. Maģistra darbs ietver 3 nodaļas un 8 apakšnodaļas, rezultātu analīzi, secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Maģistra darbā tika apskatīts motivācijas un mācīšanās motivācijas jēdziens, kā arī augstskolas studiju vides komponenti.Pētījuma metodes - monogrāfiskā pētījuma metode un aptaujas metode. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka vairums studentu ir pilnībā apmierināti ar studiju programmas izvēli. Faktori, kas motivē studentus studijām gan uzsākot studijas, gan tās turpinot ir iespējas, kas būs pēc absolvēšanas un apgūstamie studiju kursi. Galvenie faktori, kas var negatīvi ietekmēt studenta mācīšanās motivāciju - neskaidri nosacījumi studiju kursā, negatīva komunikācija ar docētāju, atgriezeniskās saites trūkums par izpildīto uzdevumu. Vairākumam no aptaujātajiem studentiem mācīšanās motivācijas līmenis no iestāšanās brīža ir samazinājies. Darba apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses, darbā ietverti 24 attēli, 6 tabulas, un 2 pielikumi. Darba izstrādē ir izmantotas atsauces un informācija no 78 literatūras un izziņu avotiem.

The master's thesis is focused on the research about students' learning motivation and its improvement possibilities. The aim of the master's thesis is to study student`s learning motivation at the university X and develop its improvement possibilities. Master's thesis consists of 3 chapters and 8 sub-sections, analysis of results, conclusions and proposals. The master's thesis covered the concepts of motivation and learning motivation, as well as study environment components of the higher education institution. Research methods: monographic research method - analysis of theoretical sources and documents, using various information sources; empirical methods: data acquisition method - student and lecturers' survey; data processing method - processing of quantitative data with Excel software. The obtained results show that most students are fully satisfied with the choice of the study program. Factors that motivate students to study are mainly connected with opportunities after graduation and with acquired knowledge in study courses. The main factors that can negatively affect the student's motivation - unclear conditions in the study course, negative communication with the lecturer, lack of feedback on the completed task. The results indicate that for most of the surveyed students the level of motivation for learning has decreased since the moment of starting studies. The thesis consists of 60 pages, includes 24 pictures, 6 tables, and 2 annexes. References and information of 78 sources have been used in the work.
