Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: “Izglītības iestādes tehniskā personāla darba motivācijas sistēmas analīze un tās pilnveidošanas iespējas”, autore: Irina Regute. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir raksturota motivācijas teorija un tās veidi, apskatīta un novērtēta darba motivācijas sistēma, kā arī noskaidrota šo teoriju izmantošanas iespējas darbinieku motivācijai un novērtēti motivēšanas politikas un sistēmas pilnveidošanas virzieni izglītības iestādē. Teorētiskā informācija par motivāciju teoriju pamatlicējiem ir apkopota no dažādiem latviešu un ārzemju autoriem. Darbā ir izmantoti vairāki interneta avoti, kā arī autores veidotie materiāli: anketas, aptaujas, intervijas, iegūto datu apkopojums un analīze. Tēmas aktualitāte saistīta ar izglītības iestādē esošajām problēmām – uzlabot tehniskā personāla vispārējo darba motivāciju, izstrādājot motivācijas sistēmai pilnveidošanas priekšlikumus. Darba mērķis: izvirzīt priekšlikumus izglītības iestādes tehniskā personāla darba motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai, pamatojoties uz teorētisko bāzi un izpētīto izglītības iestādē tehniskā personāla motivācijas praksi. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbs kopumā satur autores praktiskajā darba pieredzē gūtās atziņas un izglītības iestādē pastāvošo praksi tehniskā personāla motivācijas jomā. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms: 54 lapas, kopā izmantotas 25 bibliogrāfiskās vienības, 3 tabulas un 9 attēli, kā arī darbam pievienoti 6 pielikumi.

The theme of the dentistry: "Analysis of the system of motivation of the technical staff of educational institutions and its possibilities for improvement", author: Irina Regute. The dentistry describes the theory of motivation and its types which are widely known: the theory of needs, the expectations and goal-setting theories, the theories of justice, the work motivation system examined and evaluated, as well as the possibilities of using these theories for employee motivation and the evaluation of the motivation policy and system optimization directions at the educational institution. Theoretical information about the motivators for the founders of the theories is compiled from various Latvian and foreign authors. Several internet sources and author's materials are used in the work: questionnaires, surveys, interviews, data collection and analysis. The topic is related to the problems existing at the educational institution - to improve the overall work motivation of the technical staff by developing motivation system improvement proposals. The purpose of the work is to propose improvement of the system of motivation of the technical staff of the educational institution based on the theoretical basis and the motivation practice of the technical staff in the educational institution. The dentistry consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions and proposals. The work generally contains lessons learned from the author's practical work experience and the existing practice in the field of technical staff motivation in the educational institution. The qualification paper is 54 pages, using 25 bibliographic units, 3 tables and 9 images, as well as 6 annexes.
