Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir „Izdegšanas līmenis Jēkabpils kultūras pārvaldes darbiniekiem un tā profilakses iespējas”. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī 2 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 45 lapas. Darba ievada daļā dota izdegšanas sindroma aktualitāte un pētījumu statistika. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā apkopota un analizēta pētnieciskā literatūra par izdegšanas sindroma cēloņiem, attīstības pakāpēm un veicinošajiem faktoriem. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkots dažādu ārzemju autoru izdegšanas sindroma raksturojums, definīcijas, atspoguļoti cēloņi, izpausmes veidi un sniegta to klasifikācija. Otrajā nodaļā sniegtas izdegšanas sindroma profilakses iespējas un praktiski padomi sindroma pārvarēšanai. Lai sniegtu pilnīgāku priekšstatu par kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros veiktā pētījuma dalībniekiem, trešajā nodaļā ir sniegti Kultūras pārvaldes darbinieku statistiskie rādītāji – dzimums, vecums, izglītība un darba stāžs. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izklāstīti pētījuma rezultāti, atspoguļota Jēkabpils Kultūras pārvaldes darbinieku izdegšanas līmeņa rādītāju analīze. Kvalifikācijas darba nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti praktiski priekšlikumi Kultūras pārvaldes vadībai, lai veiktu profilakses pasākumus un mazinātu darbinieku izdegšanas sindroma simptomus. Kopumā pētījumā piedalījās 40 darbinieki no Kultūras pārvaldes un tai pakļautajām apakšstruktūrām, kuri strādā pilnu darba slodzi. Analizējot pētījuma rezultātus, autors nonāk pie secinājuma, ka Jēkabpils Kultūras pārvaldes darbiniekiem novērojams vidējs emocionālās izdegšanas līmenis, vidējs personalizācijas līmenis un zems personīgo sasniegumu redukcijas līmenis. Šis darbs varētu kalpot kā izziņas materiāls Jēkabpils Kultūras pārvaldes un tās apakšstruktūru iestāžu vadītājiem, lai iepazītos ar pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Tas dotu iespēju laicīgi pamanīt darbinieku izdegšanas sindroma līmeņus, meklēt iespējas novērst tos un veicināt darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu. The theme of the Qualification paper is „Burn-out Rate (Syndrome) for Employees of the Jekabpils Cultural Administration and Its Prevention Possibilities ". The Qualification paper consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, as well as 2 annexes. The volume of the Paper is 45 pages. The introductory part of the work presents the topicality of the burnout syndrome and research statistics. In the theoretical part of the qualification paper there are summarized and analyzed research literature about the causes of burnout syndrome, it's developmental stages and contributing factors. The first chapter deals with the description of the burnout syndrome of various foreign authors, definitions, causes, forms of expression and their classification. The second chapter describes options for preventing a burnout syndrome and practical tips to overcome the syndrome. In order to give a more complete picture of the participants in the qualification work, the third chapter presents the statistical indicators of the employees of the Jekabpils Cultural Administration - gender, age, education and seniority. The third chapter presents the results of the research, reflects the analysis of indicators of the burnout rate of Jekabpils Cultural Administration employees. At the end of the qualification work, conclusions were made and practical proposals were submitted to the management of the Jekabpils Cultural Administration to take preventive measures and reduce the symptoms of burnout syndrome for employees. In total, 40 full time employees from the Jekabpils Cultural Administration and its subordinate units participated in the study. By analyzing the results of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the employees of the Jekabpils Cultural Administration have an average emotional burnout rate, an average personalization level and a low level of personal achievement reduction. This work could serve as a reference material for the leaders of the Jekabpils Cultural Administration and its subordinate bodies to get acquainted with the results of the study. This would enable the employees to notice the burnout syndrome in a timely manner, look for opportunities to prevent them and promote employee satisfaction with work.
