Cilvēkresursu motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA “VAMARI L”.

Abstract

Autors: Ričards Vasiļjevs Kvakifikācijas darba tēma ir ″Cilvēkresursu motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA „VAMARI L”, tā tika izvēlēta ņemot vērā politisko, sociālo un ekonomisko situāciju Latvijā. Kā darba teorētiskais pamatojums tika apskatīti un analizēti mūsdienu motivēšanas teoriju modeļi. Kā praktiskais piemērs darbā tika aprakstīta un analizēta SIA „VAMARI L” personālvadības politika un darbinieku motivēšanas sistēma. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir, analizējot zinātnisko literatūru un konkrētu prakses piemēru, sniegt secinājumus un priekšlikumus par cilvēkresursu motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanu uzņēmumā SIA „VAMARI L”. Konkurētspējīgam uzņēmumam ir nepārtraukti jāattīstās pakalpojumu sfērā un jāsaglabā labākie darbinieki savā organizācijā. Darba gaitā ir apkopoti galvenie secinājumi, un pamatojoties uz tiem, sniegti priekšlikumi par apskatāmo jautājumu loku. Kvalifikācijas darba kopējais apjoms ir 62 lapas. Darba struktūru veido 3 nodaļas. 1.Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta teorētiskā literatūra par motivēšanas procesu. 2.Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma SIA “VAMARI L” cilvēkresursu un iekšējo darbības procesu analīze. 3.Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta uzņēmuma SIA „VAMARI L” personāla motivēšanas sistēmas pašreizējais stāvoklis, tiek noskaidrotas darbinieku motivēšanas sistēmas metodes uzņēmumā, tiek veikta darbinieku anketēšana un analizētas atbildes uz jautājumiem. Nobeigumā darba autors sagatavoja secinājumus par uzņēmumā esošo motivēšanas sistēmu un sniedza priekšlikumus motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanā. Author: Ričards Vasiļjevs The theme of the Qualification Paper - „Opportunities for the Improvement of Human Motivation System at „VAMARI L” Ltd.” – was chosen due to the political, social and economic situation in Latvia. Contemporary motivational theory models were explored and analysed as the theoretical basis of the Paper. As a practical example of the Paper, Ltd. "VAMARI L” personnel policy and employee motivation system have been described and analysed. The purpose of the research Paper is to provide conclusions and recommendations for the improvement of human motivation system at „VAMARI L” Ltd. based on the analysis of scientific literature and specific best practices. The competitive company must be continuously in developing process in field of Service industry and keep best employees. Dwelling on the theses has drawn conclusions based on which were figured out proposals on the issues discussed. The total volume of the research Paper is 62 pages, including attachments. The structure of the Paper consists of 3 sections. 1.The first section explores the theoretical literature on the motivational process; 2.The second section provides the analysis of human resources and internal processes in the company "VAMARI L” 3. In the third part is analyzed company’s “VAMARI L” staff motivation current state, are clarified employee motivation system methods in company, was made employers survey and answers analysis to survey questions. In the end of the work author summarized conclusions about motivation system in company and made suggestions to improve the motivation system 25 images, 3 tables and 1 formula have been used in the Qualification Paper, as well as one Appendix.
