Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba temats: Iekšējās motivācijas veicināšanas paņēmieni 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms: 47 lpp., ietvertas 3 tabulas, 7 attēli, izmantotas 61 literatūras vienība, pievienoti 3 pielikumi. Darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi teorētiski pētīt un empīriski pamatot iekšējās mācību motivācijas attīstības sekmēšanas likumsakarības 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā pētīta iekšējās motivācijas būtība un to ietekmējošie faktori, raksturots 6-7 gadu vecumposms, kā arī analizēti iekšējās motivācijas veicināšanas paņēmieni pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Teorētiskie materiāli ļauj secināt, ka 6-7 gadu vecumā notiek pakāpeniska pāreja no pirmsskolas bērnības ar vadošo darbības veidu rotaļa uz mācību darbību. Tas ir strauju svārstību periods, kurā vērojama pretrunīga uzvedība. Galvenais jaunveidojums ir motīvu pārkārtošanās, „vajag” sākot dominēt pār „gribu”, kas liecina par noturīgas iekšējās motivācijas veidošanos. Tieši uz šo atziņu darba autore balstās, veicot empīrisku pētījumu un analizējot paņēmienus, kas ļauj veicināt šo pāreju. Darba teorētiskā bāze: R, Baltušīte (2006), D. Brodijs, E. Praktiskajā daļā ir aptaujāti pirmsskolas skolotāji un intervēti 6-7 gadus veci bērni, pētot, kas viņus visvairāk motivē. Daļa skolotāju atzina, ka būtiskākie paņēmieni bērnu motivēšanai ir bērncentrēta pieeja, ietverot cieņu pret bērnu, bērna pašdarbības sekmēšanu ar attīstoša vides starpniecību, uz ko būtībā ir balstīts jaunais izglītības saturs. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj atbildēt uz pētījuma jautājumu „kādiem paņēmieniem būtu sekmējama iekšējās motivācijas attīstība 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā?”, nosakot svarīgākos motivāciju ietekmējošos aspektus: – svarīgi ir noskaidrot bērnu viedokli apgūstamajā tēmā, apkopot viņu esošo pieredzi un kopā ar bērniem noteikt jautājumus, ko viņi vēlētos apgūt tēmas ietvaros; – bērnu aktivitāte paaugstinās bērncentrētās rotaļnodarbībās, kas balstītas uz bērnu pašvadītu mācīšanos; – bērnu motivācijas attīstību sekmē savlaicīga un regulāra atgriezeniskā saikne, bērnu viedokļa respektēšana. Praktiskā pētījuma bāze: 16 bērni (6-7 gadi), 22 pirmsskolas skolotāji. Atslēgas vārdi: vecākais pirmsskolas vecums, iekšējā motivācija, pašvadīta mācīšanās.

The work was developed with the aim of theoretically studying and empirically substantiating the regularities of promoting the development of internal learning motivation for 6-7 year old children. In the theoretical part of the work, the essence of internal motivation has been studied and its factors influencing it, is characterized by the age of 6-7 years, as well as methods of promoting internal motivation in the pre-school pedagogical process are analyzed. Theoretical material suggests that in the age of 6-7 there is a gradual transition from pre-school childhood to the mainstream type of activity into a learning activity. This is a period of rapid fluctuations in which contradictory behavior is observed. The main novelty is the transformation of motives, it is "necessary" to start dominating over the "will", which indicates the formation of a persistent internal motivation. It is precisely on this understanding that the work of the author is based on an empirical study and an analysis of techniques that facilitate this transition. Theoretical basis of work: R. Part of the teacher acknowledged that the most important ways of motivating children is a child-centered approach, including respect for the child, promotion of child self-esteem through a developing environment, which is essentially based on the new content of education. The obtained results allow answering the research question "What methods should promote the development of internal motivation for 6-7 year old children in the pre-school pedagogical process?", Identifying the most important aspects affecting motivation: - It is important to find out the children's point of view on the topic to be learned, collect their existing experience and identify with children issues that they would like to learn within the theme; 3 - Children's activity will increase in child-focused play-based exercises, based on self- directed learning by children; - the development of children's motivation is facilitated by timely and regular feedback, respect for the children's point of view.
