Individuāla pieeja zēnu un meiteņu audzināšanā pirmsskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts par tēmu „Individuāla pieeja zēnu un meiteņu audzināšanā pirmsskolā”. Darba autore ir Svetlana Boreiko, darba vadītāja Valentīna Romenkova. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pieejas zēnu un meiteņu audzināšanā, noteikt metožu un paņēmienu klāstu audzināšanas gaitā pirmsskolā. Pētījuma aktualitāti noteica izmaiņas mūsdienu pedagoģijā, kad bērns sāka tikt uztverts kā personība ar visām tā īpašībām un ir aktuāla individuāla pieeja katram bērnam. Pētījums sastāv no 2 daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizēti tādi jautājumi kā zēnu un meiteņu audzināšana vēsturiskā skatienā un mūsdienās, pedagoģiskās problēmas zēnu un meiteņu audzināšanā pirmsskolā un to risinājumi, skatot tādu autoru darbus dotajā virziena kā Ā. Karpova, D.Dobsons, M.Garien, V.Eremeeva un T. Hrizmans u.c. Darba praktiskā daļā aprakstīts pētījuma metodoloģiskais pamats, dots pētāmās bērnu grupas raksturojums un pētījuma norises apraksts – bērnu vērošana, pedagoģiskais eksperiments, vērojumu salīdzināšana un iegūto rezultātu analīze. Tā kā autores pedagoģiskā darbība tieši saistīta ar pirmsskolas sportu, tika izstrādāts sporta nodarbību plāns, ņemot vērā zēnu un meitenes intereses, kā arī atrasta atbilstoša individuāla motivācija. Izstrādājot nodarbības plānu, autore paļāvās uz tradicionālo tautas pedagoģijas atziņām. Izstrādāts plāns tiek īstenots 5-6 gadīgo bērnu grupā mēneša laikā. Pētījuma rezultāti ļāva apstiprināt pētījuma hipotēzi - bērnu audzināšana un mācīšana būs sekmīgāk, ja noteikt dažādu metodi zēnu un meiteņu audzināšanā, atrast individuālu pieeju katram bērnam. The topic of the Bachelor thesis is „ An individual approach in education to boys` and girls` in pre-school”. The author of the study is Svetlana Boreiko, supervisor - Valentīna Romenkova. The aim of the study is to research different approaches in the children`s education, taking into account gender differences, and to define a set of methods and techniques used in the pedagogical process in pre-school education. The actuality of this study is determined by the changes in modern pedagogy. Particularly, a child is being perceived as personality with all related qualities. Moreover, an individual approach to every child is of current interest in modern pedagogy. The study consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part historical and modern issues of children`s education, pedagogical issues of the girls` and boys` pre-school education and its solutions are analysed. In this part studies of Ā. Karpova, D.Dobsons, M.Garien, V.Eremeeva and T. Hrizmans and others were reviewed. In the practical part a methodological foundation of this study is described, provided observation group`s description and description of the research process, i.e. observation of children, pedagogical experiment, comparison of observations and analysis of obtained results. Because the author`s pedagogical occupation is related to pre-school sports education, a sports lesson plan, where interests of boys and girls were taken into account, was developed, and suitable individual motivation was found as well. The author used national traditional pedagogy`s conclusions and findings when developing the sports lesson plan. The developed plan was implemented for one month in the group of 5-6 years old children. The results of the research confirm the hypothesis of the study, that is, upbringing and education of the children will be more successful if different educational methods are used for boys and for girls, as well as if each child is treated individually.
