Skolēnu pašvadības prasmju veicināšana matemātikas mācībā 6.klasē

Abstract

Mūsdienu pedagoģijas galvenais uzdevums un vienlaicīgi arī izaicinājums ir audzināt un attīstīt tādu skolēnu, kurš spētu veiksmīgi adaptēties 21. gadsimta nepārtraukti mainīgajā ikdienā. Tas būtībā nozīmē, attīstīt skolēnos prasmi mācīties nepārtraukti visas dzīves garumā, lai spētu sevi pierādīt kā konkurētspējīgu indivīdu nākotnes darba tirgū. Lai veiksmīgi īstenotu šādu uzdevumu, nepieciešams mainīt esošos pedagoģisko sistēmu, to pielāgojot 21. gadsimta vajadzībām. Autores Aigas Jansones izstrādātais bakalaura darbs ir pētījums par tēmu „Skolēnu pašvadības prasmju veicināšana matemātikas mācībā 6.klasē”. Pētījuma mērķis - pētīt skolēnu pašvadības prasmju veicināšanas iespējas matemātikas mācībā pamatskolā un apkopot ieteikumus skolēnu pašvadības prasmju veicināšanai matemātikas mācībā pamatskolā. Pētījumā atspoguļotas jaunākās pedagoģijas un psiholoģijas pētnieku atziņas par paradigmu maiņu pedagoģijā 21. gadsimtā. Tiek aplūkotas dažādas pieejas, kas paredz skolēnu pašvadības prasmju attīstīšanu – pašvadīta mācīšanās (self-directed learning) un pašregulēta mācīšanās (self-regulated learning). Pētījumā tiek analizēts spēkā esošais mācību saturs pamatskolā matemātikas mācībā, kas tiek salīdzināts ar jauno projekta „Skola 2030” piedāvāto mācību satura risinājumu. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā tiek analizēta autores pieredze un sasniegtie rezultāti darbā ar 6.klases skolēniem, attīstot pašvadības prasmi matemātikas mācībā. Empīriskajā daļā apkopoti autores ieteikumi, kas balstīti uz gūto pieredzi un secinājumiem par veikto pētījumu. Pētījuma kopējais apjoms ir 54 lapaspuses. Pielikumā iekļautā informācija ir atspoguļota 11 lapaspusēs, ko veido kopumā 6 dažādi pielikumi. Informācijas pārskatāmībai darbs papildīts ar grafisko materiālu – 2 tabulas un 9 attēli. Kopējas bibliogrāfisko vienību skaits – 35.

The field of modern pedagogy is tasked with equipping and developing pupils in a way that gives them the skills to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the 21st century. Therein also lies the challenge. This means developing the skills of life-long learning within pupils so they can compete in the labour markets of the future. This requires a change within the education system in order for it to meet the needs of the 21st century. The thesis by Aiga Jansone ‘The development of pupils’ self-directed learning skills in 6th grade maths’ aims to to examine the opportunities of self-directed learning at a secondary school level, as well as create recommendations on furthering the skills of self-directed learning at secondary level maths. The thesis includes a literature review of the current research in pedagogy and psychology that examines the paradigm shift of the 21st century in the field of education. The thesis examines self-directed learning and self-regulated learning. The thesis analyses the current curricula of secondary school maths in comparision with the approach proposed by the new project ‘School 2030’. The empirical section of the research examines the experience of the author and the results achieved in working with 6th grade pupils in the development of self-directed learning. The empirical section includes recommendations based on the research and conclusions drawn from the work. The thesis is 54 pages in total, the annex is 11 pages, containing six different annexes. For the purpose of clarity the thesis includes two tables and nine images. The bibliography consists of 35 sources.
