Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats – metodiskā darba organizācija kompetenču pieejas īstenošanā X un Y vidusskolās. Autore Zigita Baldone, darba vadītāja profesore Dr.paed. Beatrise Garjāne. Darba mērķis ir pētīt metodiskā darba organizēšanu kompetenču pieejas īstenošanai. Darba uzdevumi paredz analizēt pedagoģijas un skolvadības teorijas un normatīvos dokumentus par metodisko darbu un tā organizēšanu, konstatēt metodiskā darba organizēšanas iespējas mācību priekšmetu komisijās un noskaidrot metodiskā atbalsta iespējas skolotājiem Valsts izglītības satura centra (VISC) projekta “Kompetenču pieeja mācību saturā” īstenošanas gaitā, noskaidrot X un Y skolu pedagogu viedokli par metodiskā darba veikšanas un sevis pilnveidošanas iespējām, un direktoru vietnieku izglītības jomā, kuri atbild par metodisko darbu izglītības iestādē, viedokli par metodiskā darba organizēšanu un plānotajām pārmaiņām izglītības iestādēs. Darbā secināts, ka metodiskā darba process izglītības iestādēs ir organizēts, vienots un daudzpusīgs, tas ir sasaistīts ar gada metodisko tēmu, ir izveidotas interešu grupas, notiek pedagogu profesionālā pilnveide. Nepieciešams veicināt aktīvu sadarbību ar vecākiem, palīdzot tiem iesaistīties izglītības reformas procesos. Atslēgas vārdi: metodiskais darbs, metodiskais atbalsts, kompetence, lietpratība, profesionālā pilnveide. Darbs sastāv no 2 daļām: “Metodiskais darbs un tā organizācija skolā” un “Metodiskā darba organizācijas izpēte X un Y vidusskolās”. Darbs satur 70 lapas, 8 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 37 bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienības, 15 pielikumus.

The subject of the Bachelor – Methodical work organization implementation of a competencies-oriented approach in the X and Y secondary schools Author Zigita Baldone, Supervising at professor Dr.paed. Beatrise Garjāne. The aim of the work is to study the organization of methodological work for the implementation of a competencies-oriented approach. The work tasks are to analyze pedagogy and school management theories and normative documents on methodological work and it’s organization, to find out the possibility of organizing methodological work in the subject commissions, and to find out the methodological support possibilities for teachers in the project of the “National Centre for Education of the Republic of Latvia” project “Competency approach in learning content”, to find out the opinions of the teachers of the X and Y schools about the possibilities for conducting methodological work and self-improvement, and the opinion on the organization of methodological work and the planned changes in educational institutions in the area of education headmasters for methodological work at the educational institution. The work concludes that the methodological work process in educational institutions is organized, united and versatile, it is linked to the annual methodological theme, interest groups have been created, professional development of teachers is being carried out. It is necessary to promote active cooperation with parents, helping them to engage in educational reform processes. The work consists of 2 parts: “Methodological work and its organization at school” and “Study of the methodological work organization in secondary schools X and Y”.
