Abstract

Izglītības iestādes vadītāja loma projektu vadības norišu efektīvai realizācijai izglītības iestādē.Darba mērķis ir izpētīt izglītības iestādes vadītāja lomu projektu vadības norišu efektīvai realizācjai izglītības iestādē. Darbā analizēts zinātnieku teorijas par projektu vadības norisēm, izglītības iestādes vadītāju lomām, mērķvirzību un izglītības iestādes efektivitāti. Raksturotas izglītības iestādes vadītāja lomas un veikts pētījums par izglītības iestādes vadītāja lomu projektu vadības norišu realizācijā izglītības iestādes un pašvaldības kontekstā, raksturotas izglītības iestāžu kapacitāte, ņemot vērā realizēto projektu dinamiku, finansēšanas avotus. Pētījumā secināts, ka vadītāja loma projektu vadības realziācijas procesā var būt mainīga, tā ir atkarīga no projektu īstenošanas gaitas, projekta mērķa, iesasitīto darbinieku deleģētajiem pienākumiem un pilnvarām, tā var būt vērsta uz mērķvirzību, komandas darbu, uz kompetenču attīstību vai sadarbību. Būtiskākās vadītāja kompetences - līderis, resursu un finanšu vadītājs, sarunu vadītājs, ilgtspējīgu pārmaiņu vadītājs un stratēģijas vadītājs.Empīriskajā daļā veikta aptauja 3 izglītības iestādēs, aptaujāti 3 izglītības iestāžu vadītāji, intervēti 2 pašvaldības projektu vadītāji un Attīstības un plānošanas nodaļas vadītāja. Respondentu skaits ir 77. Darbs sastāv no 71 lapas pusēm, tajā aplūkojamas 10 tabulas, 21 attēls, 38 bibliogrāfiski nosaukumi un 7 pielikumi.

The study concludes that the role of a manager in the process of project management can be varied, it depends on the progress of the projects, the purpose of the project, the delegated responsibilities and powers of the trained staff, it may be focused on the target orientation, teamwork, competence development or cooperation. Key leadership competencies - leader, resource and finance manager, communicator, head of sustainable change and strategy leader.In the empirical part, a survey was conducted at 3 educational institutions, 3 heads of educational institutions were interviewed and 2 project managers from the municipality and the head of the Development and Planning Division were interviewed. The number of respondents is 77. The work consists of 71 pages, it includes 10 tables, 21 images, 38 bibliographical names and 7 attachments.
