Pierīgas X pirmsskolas iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme personāla darba dzīves un operatīvā darba kvalitātes pilnveidošanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir: “Pierīgas X pirmsskolas iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme personāla darba dzīves un operatīvā darba kvalitātes pilnveidošanā”, autore Madara Osīte. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 106 lapas, pētījumā ir 3 tabulas, 24 attēli, 1 pielikums. Darbā ir ietverti 45 avoti. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski pētīt komunikāciju, tās veidus un ietekmi uz darba dzīves un operatīvā darba kvalitāti izglītības iestādē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas, kā arī pielikuma. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām, un apakšnodaļām, empīriskā daļa sastāv no divām apakšnodaļām. Teorētiskās daļas pirmajā nodaļā, un tās apakšnodaļās tiek analizēta literatūra par kvalitāti, tās definīciju, un kvalitātes nozīmi mūsdienu organizācijās, tai skaitā izglītībā, minot cilvēkresursu un cilvēkpotenciāla nozīmību šajā jomā. Savukārt pirmās nodaļas apakšnodaļās tiek pētīta un analizēta literatūra par darba dzīves kvalitāti, un tās uzlabošanas iespējām, apskatot zinātnieku pausto viedokli par stresoru ietekmi uz cilvēku. Teorētiskās daļas otrajā nodaļā tiek pētītas zinātnieku atziņas par komunikācijas jēdzienu, un veidiem. Analizējot teorētiskas atziņas, darba autore atspoguļo komunikācijas nozīmi pirmsskolas personāla operatīvajā darbā, un darba dzīves kvalitātes pilnveidošanā. Darba empīriskā daļa tiek atspoguļota bakalaura darba trešajā nodaļā. Pirmajā apakšnodaļā tiek skaidrota pētījuma gaita, un izmantotās metodes, to raksturojums, savukārt otrajā nodaļā pētījumā iegūto datu analīze. The subject of the Bachelor's paper is: “The Importance of Internal Communication in Improving the Quality of Working Life and Operational Work of the Staff at Pieriga X Preschool”; the author is Madara Osite. The aim of the paper is to study communication theoretically and practically, explore its types and impact on the quality of operational work and work life quality at educational institution. The Bachelor’s paper consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical parts, as well as appendice. The theoretical part consists of two chapters and sub-chapters, the empirical part consists of two sub-chapters. The first part of the theoretical part and its sub-chapter analyze literature about the quality, definition and its significance in contemporary organizations, including education, mentioning the importance of human resources and human potential in this field. In turn, the sub-chapters of the first chapter study and analyze literature on the quality of working life and its possibilities for improvement by looking at the views expressed by theoreticians on the impact of stress factors on a person. The second part of the theoretical part examines scientists' insights about the concept and types of communication. By analyzing theoretical insights, the author of the paper reflects the importance of communication in the operational work of pre-school staff and in improving the quality of working life. The empirical part of the work is reflected in the third chapter of the Bachelor's paper. The first section explains the progress of the study, methods used, their characteristics, and the analysis of the data obtained are presented in the second chapter.
