Abstract

LU studentes Aivas Balodes bakalaura darba “Vadītāja darbība izglītības iestādes iekšējās vides veidošanā x skolās”, lai izzinātu izglītības iestādes vadītāja darbību skolas iekšējās vides veidošanā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trim daļām, secinājumiem un pielikuma. Pirmajā daļā autore apskata izglītības iestādes iekšējās vides raksturojumu, izglītības iestādes fizisko un psiholoģisko vidi. Bakalaura otrajā daļā autore pievērš uzmanību skolas vadības darba rakstiurojumam izglītības vadības literatūrā. Teorētiskās daļas izklāstā autore balstās uz A. Geskes, R. Kalvāna, D. Celmas, A. Šmites, I. Foranda, A. Peršēvicas, R. Orskas un citu autoru atziņām. Šie pētījumi palīdzēja izprast skolas ieksējās vides raksturojumu un to, kas veido izglītības iestādes iekšējo vidi, un kādiem faktoriem ir jāpievērš uzmanība, lai tiktu nodrošināta labvēlīga vide. Empīriskā pētījuma daļā autore analizē izglītības iestādēs anketēšanā gūtos rezultātus par vadītāja darbību skolas iekšējās vides veidošanā. Anketēti tika 57 respondenti. Pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrots pedagogu viedoklis par vadītāja darbību un skolas iekšējo vidi. Empīriskā pētījuma rezultāti atklāj visai uzskatāmu ainu situāciju x izglītības iestādē. Gūto rezultātu izvērtējums palīdz saredzēt turpmāk veicamos nepieciešamos uzlabojumus, kuri var sekmēt labvēlīgas iekšējās vides attīstību izglītības iestādē. LU student Aivas Balodes bachelor's paper "Management activities in the formation of the internal environment of the educational institution in x schools" to find out the activities of the head of the educational institution in forming the internal environment of the school. The Bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, three parts, conclusions and an appendix. In the first part the author reviews the internal environment of the educational institution, the physical and psychological environment of the educational institution. In the second part of the Bachelor, the author draws attention to the school management work writing in educational management literature. In the description of the theoretical part, the author relies on the ideas of A. Geskes, R. Kalvans, D. Celmas, A. Šmitas, I. Forand, A. Perševica, R. Orska and others. These studies helped to understand the characteristics of the school's internal environment and what constitutes the internal environment of the educational institution, and what factors need to look for in order to ensure a favorable environment. In the part of the empirical part, the author analyzes the results of the questionnaire in educational institutions about the activities of the manager in forming the internal environment of the school. Questionnaires were received by 57 respondents. As a result of the research, pedagogues' opinion about the activities of the manager and the internal environment of the school was determined. The results of the empirical study reveal a very clear picture of the situation at the x educational establishment. An assessment of the results helps to see the necessary improvements that can be made in the future, which can contribute to the development of a favorable internal environment at an educational establishment.
