| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma - „Pacientu aprūpe pēc artroskopijas procedūras dienas stacionārā”. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo mazinvazīvas, endoskopiskas operācijas mūsdienās arvien vairāk aizstāj konvenciālo ķirurģiju. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu aprūpi pēc artroskopijas procedūras dienas stacionārā. Teorētiskajā daļā iekļauta Hildegardas Peplau savstarpējo attiecību teorija, klīniskā literatūra par pacienta locītavu problēmām un aprūpi pēc artroskopijas procedūras. Empīriskā daļā veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums. Uz intervijas jautājumiem atbildēja praktizējošas māsas. Pētījumā tika atbildēts uz pētniecības jautājumu - kāda ir pacientu aprūpe pēc artroskopijas procedūras? Kvalifikācijas darba galvenie secinājumi: Pacienta aprūpē pēc artroskopijas procedūras liela nozīme ir pacienta izglītošanai. Māsas izglīto pacientus visā perioperatīvajā periodā. Pēc operācijas māsas informē pacientus par iespējamām komplikācijām un turpmākajām darbībām veselības atgūšanai. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is the care of patients in a ward after arthroscopic procedure. The theme is an important subject in today’s society, because nowadays conventional surgeries are increasingly replaced by minimally invasive surgeries. The purpose of the work is to identify patient care after the day of the arthroscopic procedure. The theoretical part includes the theory of relationship between Hildegarda Peplau, clinical literature on patient joint problems and care after arthroscopic procedure. A qualitative study has been carried out in an empirical part. Practitioners replied to the interview. The study answered the research issue - what is patient care after arthroscopic procedure? The main findings of the qualification work: The patient's care following the arthroscopic procedure is important for educating the patient. Nurses educate patients throughout the perioperative period. After surgery, nurses inform patients of potential complications and further steps to recover health. | |
