Bakalaura darba tēma - ,,Aprūpes procesa nodrošināšana pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kā notiek aprūpes nodrošināšana pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionāros x un y. Pamatojoties uz šo mērķi tiek izvirzīta hipotēze - Aprūpes process pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā tiek nodrošināts. Pētījumā piedalījās 102 respondenti, garīgās veselības aprūpes māsas (turpmāk māsas), kuru darba stāžs psihiatriskajā stacionārā ir no 1 līdz 31 un vairāk gadi. Pētniecības darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā autore apraksta šizofrēnijas raksturojumu, galvenās aprūpes problēmas, mērķus, to risinājumus, rezultātus, kā arī pacientu un viņu ģimenes izglītošanu. Praktiskajā daļā izstrādāta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketa, apkopoti anketu analīzes rezultāti, kas attēloti grafikos un izdarīti secinājumi. Pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtiem rezultātiem autore secina, ka stacionāros x un y māsas savu darbu veic atbildīgi un izprot to, nodrošinot aprūpes procesu pacientam ar šizofrēniju. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti norāda, ka izvirzītā hipotēze: Aprūpes process pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā tiek nodrošināts, ir apstiprinājusies. The goal of the study is to find out how the care is provided to a patient with schizophrenia in an inpatient psychiatric hospitals x and y. Based on this objective, the hypothesis is put forward - The care process for a patient with schizophrenia is provided in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. 102 respondents, mental health nurses (hereafter referred to as nurses), participated in the study, whose length of service in an inpatient psychiatric hospital is between 1 and 31 years or more. The research paper consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the author describes the characteristics of schizophrenia, the main problems of the care, objectives, solutions, and education of patients and their families. In the practical part a quantitative research method is developed - a questionnaire, the results from the questionnaires are summarized in the graphs, analyzed and conclusions identified. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that in the inpatient psychiatric hospitals x and y the nurses do their job responsibly and understand it well while providing the care to a patient with schizophrenia. The results of the study indicate that the proposed hypothesis - The manegement of the care process for the patient with schizophrenia in the hospital - is confirmed.
