Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma –,,Māsu pieredze pacientu aprūpē ar diagnosticētu veģetatīvās distonijas sindromu”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka fakts, ka veģetatīvās distonijas sindroms ir viena no mūsu gadsimta izplatītākajām neiroloģiskām slimībām. Vairāk sastopama attīstītās valstīs, kur ir ātrs dzīves ritms, liels stress, augstāka labklājība. Arī pacientu ar veģetatīvās distonijas sindromu Latvijā kļūst arvien vairāk. Somatoformos traucējumus novēro vismaz 20% primārās aprūpes pacientu, arī stacionāros tie ir bieži sastopami – 10-40 % gadījumu. Pacienti ar veģetatīvo distoniju tiek uzskatīti par grūtiem pacientiem ģimenes ārsta praksē un par nemotivētiem pacientiem pie psihoterapeita. Veģetatīvās distonijas sindroms traucē cilvēkam pilnvērtīgi dzīvot. Būtiski samazina dzīves kvalitāti. Savlaicīga un pareiza ārstēšana, aprūpe ir šī stāvokļa uzlabošanas vai pilnīgas izveseļošanās garantija. Darba mērķis ir analizēt māsu pieredzi pacientu aprūpē ar veģetatīvās distonijas sindroma diagnozi. Pētniecības uzdevumi: analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju, veikt literatūras analīzi par veģetatīvās distonijas sindromu, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu, lai aptaujātu māsas par pacientu aprūpi ar veģetatīvās distonijas sindromu, veikt pētījumu, apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir māsu pieredze pacientu ar veģetatīvās distonijas sindromu aprūpē? Pētniecības instruments: anketa. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīva pētniecības metode. Pētījuma laikā tika noskaidrota māsu aprūpes pieredze pacientiem ar diagnosticētu veģetatīvās distonijas sindromu. Secinājumos apkopota nozīmīgākā informācija, kas apstiprinājās darba gaitā. The syndrome is more common in developed countries, where there is a fast life rhythm, high stress, and higher well-being. Also, patients with vegetative dystonia syndrome are becoming more and more in Latvia. Somatoform disorders occurring in at least 20% of primary care patients and they are common 10-40% of cases in hospitals. Patients with vegetative dystonia are considered to be difficult patients in family doctor's practice and for non-motivated patients with a psychotherapist. Vegetative dystonia syndrome interferes with human well-being. Significantly reducing the quality of life. Timely and proper treatment, care is a guarantee of improvement or full recovery of this condition. The aim of the work is to analyze the experience of nurses in the care of patients with diagnosis of vegetative dystonia syndrome. Research tasks: to analyze the theory of Betty Newman's health care system, to conduct literature analysis on vegetative dystonia syndrome, to develop a research tool - a questionnaire for questioning nurses about the treatment of patients with vegetative dystonia syndrome, to conduct research, to collect and analyze the results obtained in the study, to draw conclusions. Question of the study: What is the experience of nurses in the care of patients with vegetative dystonia syndrome? Research tool: questionnaire. Research method - Quantitative research method. The study found nursing experience in patients with diagnosed vegetative dystonia syndrome. The conclusions summarize the most important information that was confirmed during the work.
