Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpes īpatnības pēc histerektomijas atkarībā no izvēlētā operācijas veida”. Bakalaura darba tēma izvēlēta un izstrādāta, vadoties no pieredzes ginekoloģijā, kura liecina, ka pacientēm pēc histerektomijas ir nepieciešama vienlīdzīga aprūpe kā pēc jebkuras operācijas, tomēr ar nelielām aprūpes īpatnībām. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot veicamos aprūpes pasākumus, atkarībā no izvēlētā operācijas veida, pacientēm pēc histerektomijas. Darba uzdevumi: atlasīt un analizēt pieejamo literatūru par aprūpi pēc histerektomijas; analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersones māszinību teoriju; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu; analizēt un apkopot iegūtos datus. Pētījums veikts kādā no Zemgales reģiona slimnīcām, izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, kuras instruments ir strukturēta intervija, iegūto datu analīzei izmantojot kontentanalīzi. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir pacientu aprūpe pēc histerektomijas, atkarībā no izvēlētā operācijas veida. Darbs sastāv no 45 lpp.

Bachelor thesis - "Patient care peculiarities after hysterectomy depending on the type of surgery". The subject of the Bachelor was chosen and developed based on experience in gynecology, which shows that patients after hysterectomy require an equal care like after any that kind of surgery, but with little care peculiarities. The aim of this bachelor is to find out the care measures for patients after hysterectomy, depending on the type of surgery chosen. Tasks: To select and analyze available literature on care after hysterectomy; analyze Virginia Henderson's Nursing Theory; to develop research instrument; to conduct research; analyze and summarize the data obtained. The study was conducted in a Zemgale region hospital using a qualitative research method, the instrument of which is a structured interview, data was analyzed using content analysis. The research question: what is patient care after hysterectomy, depending on the type of surgery chosen. The work consists of 45 pages.
