| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma: “Privātpersonu investīciju iespējas Latvijā”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, pamatdaļas, kas ir iedalīta trīs daļās, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras, avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz ieguldījumu objektu ienesīguma rezultātiem, veikt to prognozi periodam no 2019.gada līdz 2021.gadam un dot investoriem priekšlikumus ieguldījumu veikšanai. Darba autors apskatīja populārākos ieguldījuma veidus Latvijā, apkopoja teorētisko informāciju par investīcijas iespējām, apskatīja to būtību un analīzes metodes. Pamatojoties uz darbā apskatīto ieguldījumu veidu tirgus pētījumiem, autors veica tehnisko analīzi, lai parādīt investoram atdevi no katra investīciju objekta. Darbā ir izskatīti divi investīciju varianti - ieguldot visus brīvos naudas līdzekļus vienā reizē vai veicot ieguldījumus regulāri katru gadu. Darba noslēguma daļā autors veica izvēlēto ieguldījumu veidu prognozi periodam no 2019.gada līdz 2021.gadam. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The topic of bachelor’s theme: “Investment opportunities for private individuals in Latvia” The bachelor’s work consists – introduction, a basic part, which contains three parts, conclusions and suggestions and a list of literature schedule, used sources and appendices. The aim of the work is to make a forecast for the period from 2019 to 2021 based on the investment object profitability results and make suggestions to inestors for making investments. The author looked for the most popular types of investment in Latvia, summarized theoretical information about types of investments, essence and analysis options. Based on market research of the considered types of investment, the author did technical analysis to show the investor a return from each investment object. The author have been considered two investment options – investing all money at one time or investing money regulary every year. In the ending chapter the author made a forecast of selected types of investments for the period from 2019 to 2021. | |
