Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Iekšējā komunikācija “AS ELKO Grupa””. Darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar iekšējās komunikācijas procesu AS “ELKO Grupa” un uzzināt darbinieku viedokli par iekšējo komunikāciju un tās nepilnībām uzņēmumā, lai izvirzītu priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba tēmas izpētei tika izmatota teorija par iekšējo komunikāciju, iekšējās komunikācijas funkcijām un komunikācijas veidiem. Pētījuma realizācijai tika izmantota darbinieku aptauja kā arī eksperta intervija, lai uzzinātu viedokli kā tiek veidota komunikācija uzņēmumā. Pētījuma galvenais mērķis bija uzzināt vai darbinieki ir apmierināti ar iekšējo komunikāciju uzņēmumā un kādi komunikācijas instrumenti tiek izmantoti ,lai sekmīgi virzītu komunikāciju uzņēmumā.. Darba struktūru veido trīs galvenās nodaļas ,secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētītas teorētiskās nostādnes par iekšējās komunikācijas jēdzienu un nozīmi uzņēmumā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta AS “ELKO Grupa” darbība, lai sniegtu dziļāku informāciju kopumā par pašu uzņēmumu. Trešajā nodaļā ir veikts AS “ELKO Grupa” iekšējās komunikācijas pētījums, izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētījuma metodi – interviju un kvantitatīvo pētījuma metodi – anketēšanu.

The subject of this thesis is “Internal communications “AS Elko Group””. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to familiarise with the process of internal communications within a company mentioned above and to explore company’s employee’s opinions regarding internal communications and its potential flaws, in order to put forward a proposal of any potential improvements. However, subject of this thesis is based on theories around internal communications, its functions and types of communications. Therefore, for the completion of this research project, employee survey and an expert interview were used in order to obtain the necessary information regarding company’s’ internal communications. However, the main objective of this thesis is to find out if the employees are satisfied with levels of internal communications and what communications strategy company employs in order to insure effective internal communications. Thesis is structured in three main chapters, conclusions and proposals. The first chapter explores theoretical approaches concerning internal communications and the significance of internal communications within the company structure. Second chapter focuses on AS “Elko Group” actions in order to obtain an in depth understanding of the company as a whole. Third chapter consists of AS “Elko Group” employee survey concerning internal communications (quantitative research method) and an expert interview (quality research method).
