Abstract

Mūsdienu ekonomiskajos apstākļos uzņēmumiem ir ļoti svarīgi maksimizēt peļņu. Izmaksu vadība ar dažādu metožu palīdzību ļauj uzņēmumiem, atkarībā no darbības veida, samazināt izmaksas, kas uzņēmumam ir ļoti svarīgs aspekts, lai gūtu pēc iespējas lielāku peļņu. Bakalaura darba “Izmaksu vadība piena lopkopības un graudkopības zemnieku saimniecībā Atvari” mērķis ir izpētīt izmaksu struktūru, lai noskaidrotu kā iespējami samazināt uzņēmuma izmaksas, tādējādi palielinot peļņu. Darba pirmā daļa ietver teoriju par izmaksu veidiem, izmaksu vadīšanu un cenu veidošanos. Otrā daļa sastāv no informācijas par lauksaimniecības politiku Latvijā un Eiropā, lai gūtu vispārīgu priekšstatu par reālo situāciju lauksaimniecības nozarē. Trešajā daļā iekļauts pētāmā uzņēmuma apraksts, izpētīti faktori, kuri ietekmē izmaksas lauksaimniecībā un veikta prognoze ar daudzfaktoru regresijas metodi, ar kuras palīdzību iespējams aptuveni noteikt gaidāmās izmaksas. Darba beigās veikti secinājumi un izstrādāti ieteikumi zemnieku saimniecības “Atvari” izmaksu optimizēšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 64 lappusēm, 26 attēliem.un 1 tabulas. In today's economic climate, it is very important for companies to maximize profits. Cost management through a variety of methods enables companies, depending on the type of activity, to reduce the costs that a business has to face in order to maximize profits. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis “Cost Management in Dairy Livestock and Cereal Farm” is to study the cost structure to find out how to minimize company costs, thus increasing profits. The first part of the thesis includes the theory of cost types, cost management and price formation. The second part consists of information on agricultural policy in Latvia and Europe in order to get a general idea of the real situation in the agricultural sector. The third part contains a description of the company being studied, the factors that influence the costs in agriculture and the forecast with a multi-factor regression method that can be used to estimate the expected costs. At the end of the work, conclusions were made and recommendations for optimizing the costs of the farm "Atvari" were developed. Bachelor paper consists of 64 pages, 26 images and 1 table.
