Atslēgas vārdi: ekonomika, kopīga ekonomika, transporta sektors, jaunais ekonomikas modelis This research highlights the insights of the emerging way of consumption; the collaborative economy. This phenomenon is relatively new and it is difficult to measure its size as well as its current and future consequences. The transport sector is one of the most impacted field. That is the reason why the goal is to define at the best the phenomenon, to observe its real evolution and the perspective of the persons who participate in this economy and who are the actors. The aim of this research is to understand to whom the sharing economy is the most profitable and what are the consequences of this new economy on its close and less close stakeholders in Europe. Even without participating in it, the effect can be felt, positively or negatively. Therefore, it is important to understand who is influenced, how, why and how it is happening in the market between the two types of economies and how can be designed the future. Key words: Collaborative economy, Sharing economy, Transport sector, New economic model
