Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “ kopparādnieku savstarpējās attiecības pēc kreditora apmierināšanas” Darbā tiek veikts pētījums par kopparādnieku savstarpējiem norēķiniem pēc tam, kad kāds no kopparādniekiem apmierinājis kreditoru, apskatīti un pētīti Civillikuma 1686. pantā, kas regulē kopparādnieku savstarpējos norēķinus, iekļautie jēdzieni, tādi kā “atbilstoša atlīdzība”, sevišķi šķēršļi” un “ ļauns nolūks”. Agenda is to discover and establish means of co-debtor mutual settelments from …., that has power and regulations for debt collection between co-debtors, after all the debt has been settled by one of representers to the creditor. The terms of means as “ appropriate compensation” , “ especially obstacles” and “ bad faith” legal literature has been included, research of court practice.
