Cietsirdīga izturēšanās pret dzīvniekiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Cietsirdīga izturēšanās pret dzīvniekiem”. Darbā tiek pētīti noziedzīgi nodarījumi, kas ir vērsti pret dzīvniekiem. Aplūkota apdraudējamā objekta – dzīvnieks – rašanās vēsture, sākot no 1903.gada līdz mūsdienām. Aplūkoti cietsirdīgās izturēšanās pret dzīvniekiem objektīvās puses elementi, kas ir nepieciešami, lai iestātos kriminālatbildība. Darbā tiek aplūkota cietsirdīgas izturēšanās pret dzīvniekiem pamatsastāva un kvalificējošo pazīmju analīze. Aplūkota cietsirdīga izturēšanās pret dzīvniekiem atbildība, tās atšķirības gan no administratīvā pārkāpuma, gan vides tiesību aizsardzības spektra un starptautiskā regulējuma dzīvnieku aizsardzības jomā. Darbā tiek apskatīta kriminālatbildība par cietsirdīgu izturēšanos pret dzīvniekiem ārvalsts krimināllikumos.

The topic of the Master’s Thesis is “Cruel Treatment of Animals”. In the thesis there are studied criminal offenses against animals. There is dealt with the history of the occurrence of the threat object – the animal, starting from 1903 to the present. There is dealt with objective side elements of the cruel treatment of animals, which are necessary for the appliance of criminal liability. In the thesis there is dealt with the analysis of the basic composition and qualifying features of cruel treatment of animals. There is dealt with the liability for the cruel treatment of animals, its differences from both spectrums administrative violence and protection of environmental rights, and international regulation in the field of animal protection. In the thesis there is dealt with the criminal liability for a cruel treatment of animals in foreign criminal laws.
