The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, engagement and perceived leadership. To do this, two research questions were raised. First, is there a statistically significant relationship between perceived leadership, engagement and job satisfaction? Second, if so, how important is it? 101 respondents took part in the study, of which 82% were women and 18% were men. The average age of the respondents is 33,24 years and the average work experience is 3,11 years. Three surveys were used to collect the research data: Spector’s Job Satisfaction Survey, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, and Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid Model. The results of the study shows that there is a positive and moderately close statistically significant correlation between perceived leadership, engagement and job satisfaction.
