Apzinātības saistība ar perfekcionismu pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mātēm

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija atklāt vai pastāv sakarība starp apzinātību un perfekcionismu pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mātēm. Kopumā pētījumā piedalījas 155 respondenti : pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mātes vecumā no 21- 49 gadiem (M=34,62, SD= 5,49). Pētījumā tika izmantotas Apzinātības piecu aspektu aptauja un Frosta multidimensionālā perfekcionisma aptauja. Pētījuma uzdevums bija apkopot un analizēt jaunākos pētījumus no datu bāzēm, iepazīties ar zinātnisko literatūru, apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, kas tika darīts Microsoft Exel programmā un analizēts ar SPSS, 24 Version programmu. Pētījuma rezultāti uzrāda statistiski nozīmīgu, negatīvu, vērā ņemamu korelāciju (sakarību) starp apzinātību un perfekcionismu. In total 155 mothers of preschool children, aged from 21 – 49 (M=34,62, SD= 5,49) participated in this research. In the research was used Five Faced Mindfulness Questionery and Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale. The task of research was to collect and analyze the latest research from databases, to explore scientific literature as well as to collect and analyze the results of the research, which was done in the Microsoft Excel program and analyzed with SPSS, 24 Version program. The results of the research show statistically significant correlation between mindfulness and perfectionism. Key words: mindfulness, perfectionism, mothers of preschool children
