Perfekcionosma un uztvertā stresa sakarības profesionāliem sportistiem

Abstract

Pētījuma tēma: Perfekcionosma un uztvertā stresa sakarības profesionāliem sportistiem. Pētījuma jautājums: Vai pastāv sakarība starp perfekcionisma rādītājiem un uztverto stresu profesionāliem sportistiem? Pētījuma metode: Pētījuma izlasi veido 122 respondenti, kas ar sportu nodarbojas profesionālā līmenī, vidējais vecums 29,7 gadi. Izlasē vīriešu un sieviešu skaits aptuveni līdzīgs: sievietes 57 (46,7%) un vīrieši 65 (53,3%). Mērījuma instrumenti: “The Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale” FMPS; Frost, Marten, Lahart, & Rosenblate 1990 (A.Marcinkeviča tulkojumā, 2018); „Perceived stress scale” Cohen, Kamarck & Mermelstein, 1983 (A.Marcinkeviča tulkojumā, 2018). Rezultāti: Tika noskaidrots, ka pastāv sakarība starp perfekcionisma rādītājiem un uztverto stresu profesionāliem sportistiem. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par sakarību korelācijas koeficientiem starp perfekcionismu un uztverto stresu, var secināt, ka statistiski nozīmīgas sakarības novērojamas: tieša, vāja, bet vērā ņemama sakarība starp uztverto stresu un bažas par kļūdām un šaubas par darbībām (KŠ) perfekcionisma apakšskalu un (r = 0, 35; p < 0,01); tieša, vāja, bet vērā ņemama sakarība starp uztverto stresu un VG perfekcionisma apakšskalu (r = 0,25; p < 0,01); tieša, vāja, bet vērā ņemama sakarība starp uztverto stresu un kopējo perfekcionismu KP (r = 0,32; p < 0,01). Pozitīvs korelācijas koeficients liecina, ka, pieaugot vienas pazīmes vērtībām, pieaug arī otras pazīmes vērtības. Tātad, zemām x vērtībām ir raksturīgas zemas y vērtības un, savukārt, augstām x vērtībām ir raksturīgas augstas y vērtības. Atslēgvārdi: Perfekcionisms, uztvertais stress

The Theme of the research: Coherence between perfectionism and perceived stress for professional athletes. Question of the research: Does Statistics show the coherence between perfectionism and perceived stress for professional athletes? Instruments: “The Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale” FMPS; Frost, Marten, Lahart, & Rosenblate 1990 (A.Marcinkevics Translation, 2018); „Perceived stress scale” Cohen, Kamarck & Mermelstein, 1983 (A.Marcinkevics Translation, 2018). Results: The results show the coherence between perfectionism and perceived stress for professional athletes exists. The results of the research show the coherence between correlation coefficient, perfectionism and perceived stress. In conclusion, statistically important coherence were observed: direct, weak, to be considered coherence between perceived stress and concern about mistakes and doubts about activity (KŠ) perfectionism subscale and (r = 0,35; p<0,01); direct, weak, but to be considered coherence between perceived stress and VG perfectionism subscale (r = 0,25; p< 0,01); direct, weak, but to be considered coherence between perceived stress and total perfectionism KP (r=0,32;p<0,01). Positive correlation coefficient suggests that if one indicator’s value increases, the other one will increase as well. Low x value have characteristics of low y values, whereas high x values have high y value characteristics. Keywords: Perfectionism, perceived stress
