Personības iezīmju saistība ar radošuma kavējošiem faktoriem aktiermākslas studentiem

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētītradošumu kavējošo faktoru saistību ar personības iezīmēmaktiermākslas studentiem. Mūsdienās īpaša nozīme tiek piešķirta kreativitātes jomai, un ir būtiski pētīt tās saistību ar personības iezīmēm. Šķēršļi radošām izpausmēm ir novērojami arī mūsdienu sabiedrībā, izglītībā un citos aspektos (Bewick, 2010, MacLaren, 2012, kā minēts Morais, Almeidab, Azevedoc, Alencar & Fleithe, 2014), tāpēc tika pētīta saistība starp radošumu kavējošiem faktoriem un personības iezīmēm aktiermākslas studentiem, tajā skaitā – lai izpētītu iespējamos iemeslus, kāpēc daži cilvēki aktiermākslā kā radošās darbības jomā darbojas veiksmīgāk nekā citi. Kreativitāti raksturo kā spēju radīt jaunas un derīgas idejas jebkurā sfērā (Amabile, 1996, kā minēts Amabile, 2012). Bet cilvēka personību definē kā atsevišķu īpašību kombinācijas un mijiedarbību (Soto, 2015). Radošumu var kavēt iekšējās un ārējās barjeras, kā, piemēram, personas individuālās iezīmes, vidi, motivāciju, izziņas un emocionālos procesus (Wong & Pang, 2003, kā minēts Davis, 1999). Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājumsbija - vai pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas sakarības starp personības iezīmēm un radošumu kavējošiem faktoriem aktiermākslas studentiem? Lai atbildētu uz šo jautājumu, tika izmantoti divas aptaujas - Lielā Piecinieka aptauju (“Big Five Factors”, John & Srivastava, 1999; adaptācija latviešu valodā Austers, 2007; Perepjolkina & Kālis, 2012) un Radošuma barjeruaptauja (Inventory of Barriers to Personal Creativity, Alencar, 1999; adaptācija latviešu valodā Roķe-Reimate & Roze, 2017). Pētījuma izlasi veidoja aktiermākslas bakalaura programmas studenti ( N=45). Dati tika iegūti, aptaujas aizpildot klātienē vai tiešsaistē interneta platformā, vietnē datiem.lv. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka starp personības iezīmēm un radošumu kavējošiem faktoriem nepastāv statistiski nozīmīgas sakarības.

The aim of the research is to identify the connection between creativity impeding factors and the personality traits of the acting art students. Nowadays the scope of creativity has been emphasized and it is important to research its connection with personality traits. Obstacles to creative expressions are noticed also in modern society, education and other aspects (Bewick, 2010; MacLaren, 2012, kā minēts Morais, Almeidab, Azevedoc, Alencar & Fleithe, 2014), therefore, the connection between creativity impeding factors and the personality traits of the acting art students has been researched. In addition, to research the possible reasons why some people in such creative field asacting art are more successful than other. Creativity can be defined as an ability to create new and useful ideas in ant field (Amabile, 1996). Personality has been defined as combination of individual traits and interactions (Soto, 2015). Creativity can be impeded by inner or outer blockages, for example, persons’ individual traits, environment, and motivation, cognitive and emotional processes (Wong & Pang, 2003, as mentioned Davis, 1999). Research question: Are there statistically significant correlations between creativity impeding factors and the personality traits of the acting art students? Two polls were created to answer the question – “Big Five” Factors (“Big Five Factors”, John & Srivastava, 1999; adapted in Latvian by Austers, 2007; Perepjolkina & Kālis, 2012) and Inventory of Barriers to Personal Creativity (Inventory of Barriers to Personal Creativity, Alencar, 1999; adapted in Latvian by Roķe – Reimate & Roze, 2017). The research selection consists of “Acting art” Bachelor programme students (N=45). The data was obtained by filling the polls in presence or in the online platform datiem.lv. The research results showsthat between the personality traits and creativity impeding factors there is not statistically significant correlations.
