Muzeja pamatkrājuma elektroniskais katalogs

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāts Latvijas Universitātes muzeja pamatkrājuma elektroniskais katalogs. Sākotnēji, muzeja darbinieki muzeja eksponenta uzskaiti veidoja excel formātā, kur bija apkopoti dati par priekšmetu autoriem, izmēriem, topogrāfijas novietojumiem utt.. Tomēr šie dokumenti bija tikai redzami muzeja darbiniekiem, un nebija saskarsmes ar lietotāju. Tādēļ tika nolemts, ka nepieciešams datus konvertēt uz jaunu datubāzi, kurai tiek veidota lietotāju saskarsme caur Latvijas Universitāti. Pēc sistēmu ievades, lietotāji varēs apskatīt kuri priekšmeti un kurā vietā no katra muzeja kataloga ir izlikti kā eksponenti, savukārt muzeja darbinieki ir vienīgie kuri varēs rediģēt vai pievienot no šīs sistēmas un datubāzes. Elektroniskais katalogs ir paredzēts trīs lietotāju grupām. Katrai lietotāju grupai ir Paredzētas noteiktas iespējas izmantot informāciju, kas ir ievadīta katalogā. Pēc sistēmu ievades, lietotāji varēs aplūkot informāciju katalogā bez iespējām kaut ko mainīt; muzeja darbinieki ir vienīgie, kuriem ir iespēja rediģēt vai pievienot datus. Un sistēmas administratori pārvalda visus sistēmas lietotājus. Izstrādātās sistēmas mērķis ir palīdzēt muzeja darbiniekiem visu informāciju glabāt vienkopus, kā arī nodrošināt pieeju lietotājiem.

The electronic catalog of the basic collection of the Latvian University Museum has been elaborated in the qualification work. Initially, museum staff accounted for the museum exhibitions objects in excel format, which collected data on authors, sizes, topography locations, etc. However, these documents were only visible to museum staff and had no contact with the user. Therefore, it was decided that it is necessary to convert the data into a new database, for which user can access the data through the University of Latvia. After system entry, users will be able to view which items and where each museum's catalog is displayed as exhibitions, while museum staff are the only ones who will be able to edit or add to this system and database. The electronic catalog is intended for three user groups. Each user group has there certain options for using the information you have entered in the catalog. After entering the system, users will be able to view the information in the catalog without being able to change anything; museum staff are the only ones who can edit or add data. And system administrators manage all system users. The aim of the developed system is to help museum staff keep all the information together and to provide access to users.
