Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes sadarbība ar pašvaldību, atbalsta sistēmas veidošanai pedagogiem” un tā mērķis ir pētīt pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes un pašvaldības sadarbību, atbalsta sistēmas veidošanai pirmsskolā. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta pedagoģiskās un psiholoģiskās atziņas par atbalsta sistēmas jēdzienu un būtību. Tiek noskaidroti dažādi atbalsta sistēmas komponenti, to nozīmīgums pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Tiek vērsta uzmanība uz atbalsta sistēmas nozīmīgumu pedagoga darba kvalitātes uzlabošanā. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes un pašvaldības loma atbalsta sistēmas veidošanā. Autore lielu uzmanību vērš uz pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes un pašvaldības sadarbību atbalsta sistēmas ieviešanai. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta praktiskā izpēte. Darba gaitā tiek izstrādāta pētījuma metadaloģija (izveidota aptaujas anketa pedagogiem un atbalsta sistēmas dalībniekiem, un intervijas jautājumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vadītājam un pašvaldības pārstāvim). Pētījumā tiek analizēti iegūtie dati no aptaujas un intervijām. Maģistra darbā tiek izdarīti secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikumi atbalsta sistēmas izveidošanai pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 69 lapaspusēm, tsk.3 nodaļām un 10 apakšnodaļām, 1 tabulas, 23 attēli, 1 pielikums. Izmantoti 45 informācijas avoti.

The theme of the Master's thesis is “Co-operation of the pre-school educational institution with the municipality, for creating support system for educators” and its aim is to study pre-school educational institutions and local government cooperation, support system for pre-school education. The first chapter of the thesis discusses pedagogical and psychological findings about the concept and essence of the support system. Various components of the support system are identified, their importance in pre-school education. Attention is paid to the importance of the support system for improving the quality of the teacher's work. The second chapter of the thesis discusses the role of pre-school educational institutions and the local government in developing the support system. The author pays great attention to the cooperation between the pre-school educational institution and the municipality for the implementation of the support system. The third chapter of the thesis provides practical research. In the course of the thesis the research metadalogy is being developed (questionnaire for teachers and support system participants has been created and interview questions for the head of the preschool educational institution and the representative of the municipality). The study analyzes the data obtained from the survey and interviews. The Master's thesis draws conclusions and offers suggestions for establishing a support system in pre-school education. Master's thesis consists of 69 pages, incl. 3 chapters and 10 subchapters, 1 table, 23 pictures, 1 attachment. Used 45 sources of information.
