Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Alojas novada vispārizglītojošo skolu padagogu IKT prasmju pilnveidošana”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām un empīriskā pētījuma rezultātiem, novērtēt IKT lomu mācību procesā un novērtēt Alojas novada vispārizglītojošo skolu pedagogu IKT prasmju atbilstību mūsdienu prasībām, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus skolu vadībai par pedagogu motivācijas veicināšanu un zināšanu un prasmju pilnveidošanu IKT jomā. Darba uzdevumi ietver referatīvo analīzi, kurā novērtē IKT lomu mācību procesā un Alojas novada vispārizglītojošo skolu pedagogu IKT prasmju atbilstības novērtējumu mūsdienu prasībām. Apkopojot Alojas novada vispārizglītojošo skolu izglītojamo un pedagogu anketēšanas viedokļus, novērtētas pedagogu zināšanas un prasmes IKT jomā un noskaidrota motivācija papildināt šīs zināšanas. Veicot ekspertu intervijas noskaidroti Alojas novada vispārizglītojošo vadību turpmākie plāni pedagogu IKT prasmju pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darbs satur 88 lpp., 27 attēlus, 6 tabulas, 3 pielikumus un 77 literatūras avotus. The title of the Master's work is „The development of teachers skills in IT at schools of general education in Aloja municipality” The aim of the master's work is to assess the role of ICT in the learning process on the basis of theoretical findings and empirical research, and to assess the relevance of ICT skills for teachers of general education schools to modern requirements, as well as to develop proposals for school leadership on promoting motivation for teachers and improving knowledge and skills in ICT. The tasks include a referral analysis assessing the role of ICT in the training process and an assessment of the ICT skills of teachers of the general education schools of Aloja municipality for the current requirements. By pooling the views of students and educators of the general education schools of the Aloja municipality, evaluating the knowledge and skills of educators in the field of ICT and clarifying the motivation to supplement this knowledge. Expert interviews have identified future plans for the general education management of the Aloja municipality for improving the ICT skills of educators.
