Uzņēmumu maksātnespēja: veidošanās iemesli un novēršanas iespējas Latvijā

Abstract

Darba mērķis, ir balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām, empīriskiem pētījumiem un statistikas datiem, ir izpētīt maksātnespējas iemeslus Latvijā, atklāt maksātnespējas procesa nepilnības Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus maksātnespējas procesa pilnveidošanai. Pirmajā daļā darba autore pēta uzņēmējdarbības galvenos veidus un formas, noskaidro galvenās priekšrocības un trūkumus. Otrajā daļā darba autore, pamatojoties uz literatūras avotiem, pēta maksātnespējas būtību pamatojoties uz literatūras avotiem, kā arī noskaidro Maksātnespējas kontroles dienesta un Maksātnespējas reģistra darbības virzienus. Darba trešā nodaļa tiek veltīta , Latvijas ekonomiskās un uzņēmējdarbības tendenču izpētei, lai noskaidrotu maksātnespējas tendences Latvijā. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the reasons of insolvency in Latvia, based on theoretical knowledge, empirical research and statistical data, to identify the shortcomings of the insolvency process in Latvia and to develop proposals for the improvement of the insolvency process. In the first part, the author explores the main types and forms of entrepreneurship, identifies the main advantages and disadvantages of these forms. In the second part, the author examines the substance of the insolvency based on literature sources. The directions of the Insolvency control service and the Insolvency Register are identified. The third part of the thesis is devoted to studies of the economic and business trends in Latvia in order to clarify the tendencies of insolvency in Latvia.
