Pašvaldības debitoru uzskaite, kontrole un analīze Jūrmalas pilsētas domes noteikumu kontekstā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Pašvaldības debitoru uzskaite, kontrole un analīze Jūrmalas pilsētas domes noteikumu kontekstā” tiek analizēta un pētīta debitoru parādu uzskaite un kontrole Jūrmalas pilsētas domē. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt debitoru parādu uzskaiti un kontroli Jūrmalas pilsētas domes kontekstā, saistībā ar Jūrmalas pilsētas saistošajiem noteikumiem Nr.1 „Par transportlīdzekļu iebraukšanu īpaša režīma zonā Jūrmalas pilsētas administratīvajā teritorijā” un izstrādāt priekšlikumus par kontroles uzlabošanu. Darbā tiek pētīti un analizēti debitoru uzskaites un kontroles teorētiskie aspekti, atbilstošie Latvijas Republikas likumi un normatīvie akti, kā arī veikta debitoru uzskaites un kontrole analīze Jūrmalas pilsētas domes saistošo noteikumu kontekstā. Current Master Thesis “Accounting, control and analysis of municipal debtors in the context of regulations of Jurmala” analyzes and studies debt receivables and control system in Jurmala City council. Main aim of above mentioned thesis is to analyze and researches debtor debt enumeration and control system in the context of Jurmala City Council related regulation No. 1 “ On entry of vehicles in restricted administrative territory of Jurmala city” and to make proposals for improvement of current system, if flaws found. This work prospects and analyses theoretical aspects of municipality debtor control system, the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, also carries out analysis of debtor enumeration and control system in the context of Jurmala City Council laws and regulations.
