SIA ”Auto Blitz” saimnieciskās darbības novērtēšana

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir SIA “Auto Blitz” saimnieciskās darbības novērtēšana. Darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un statistisko informāciju analizēt SIA “Auto Blitz” finansiālo stāvokli un saimnieciskās darbības rezultātus un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Finanšu rādītāju analīzes veikšanai tika izmantoti dati no SIA “Auto Blitz” finanšu pārskatiem un centrālās statistikas datiem. Darba uzdevumi ir veikt SIA “Auto Blitz” un konkurējošo uzņēmumu finanšu pārskatu analīzi, izpētīt problēmas rašanās cēloņus un to ietekmējušos faktorus, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai uzņēmumā. Pētījums parādīja, ka SIA “Auto Blitz” finansiāli stabils, taču nepieciešams uzlabot iekšējos darbības procesus piesaistot sadarbības partnerus un klientus, kā arī Opel dīler centra stratēģisko pieeju un cenu politiku, jo 2017.gadā ir lauzts līgumu ar visu dīlera tirgu. The topic of the Diploma Paper is “Assessment of the Economic Activity of Ltd “Auto Blitz””. The objective of the Paper is to analyse the financial condition and results of the economic activity of Ltd “Auto Blitz”, based on the theoretical knowledge and statistical information, and to make suggestions for improvement of the economic activity of the company, relying on the research results. Analysis of financial indicators was conducted by using data from financial statements of Ltd “Auto Blitz” and central statistical data. The tasks of the Paper involve conducting analysis of financial statements of Ltd “Auto Blitz” and competing companies, studying of reasons for business problems and their affecting factors, drawing conclusions and making suggestions for improvement of the economic activity of the company. The study showed, that Ltd “Auto Blitz” is financially stable; however, improvement of internal operational processes is required by attracting cooperation partners and customers, as well as the strategic approach and price policy of Opel dealer centre, because the contract with the entire dealer market was terminated in 2017.
