Abstract

Dalīšanās ekonomikas ietekme uz AirBnB darbību Rīgā. Agnija Putniņa, darba vadītāja Dr.oec. Prof. Biruta Sloka. Darba mērķis - izpētīt, kādu ietekmi dalīšanās ekonomika atstāj uz naktsmītņu rezervācijas vietni AirBnB. Dalīšanās ekonomikas attīstība modernajai pasaulei dod iespēju izmantot jau sabiedrībā esošos resursus. Ceļotāji mūsdienās dot priekšroku apmesties nevis pilsētas piedāvātajās viesnīcās, bet gan piedāvātajos tā saucamos AirBnB (Airbed and Breakfast) apartamentos. Pētījumā secināts, ka dalīšanās ekonomikas uzņēmumiem nav regulatīvu likumu, piedāvāto apartamentu skaits atšķiras pa pilsētām, cilvēki zina, kas ir AirBnB. AirBnB kalpo kā aizstājējs viesnīcām, tādējādi ietekmējot viesnīcas ieņēmumus. Ir svarīgi, lai apartamentos būtu karstais ūdens, bezvadu internets. Darbā ir 61 lapas, 21 attēli, 1 tabula, 4 pielikumi.

The aim of the thesis is to investigate the impact of the sharing economy on AirBnB in Riga. The development of a sharing economy for the modern world makes it possible to use the resources which already is in the community. Travelers nowadays prefer to stay in the so-called AirBnB (Airbed and Breakfast) apartments offered by the city indigenous people rather than the hotels. The study concludes that sharing economic companies is not a regulatory law, the number of apartments offered varies by city, people know what is AirBnB and AirBnB serves as a substitute for hotels, thus affecting hotel revenues. In apartments should be hot water and wifi. Bachelor thesis consists of 61 pages, 21 pictures, 1 table, 4 appendixes.
