Darba samaksas tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas un to risinājumi Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos

Abstract

Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos noteikto normu piemērošanas jautājumi saistībā ar darba samaksu tiek skatīti ļoti bieži, bet vēl joprojām pastāv vairākas problēmas attiecībā uz darba samaksu. Tādēļ diplomdarba tēma ir „Darba samaksas tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas un to risinājumi Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos”. Darba mērķis ir veikt izpēti darba samaksas jautājumos, pamatojoties uz Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem un speciālo literatūru, lai sniegu priekšlikumus problēmu, kas attiecas uz darba samaksu, risināšanai normatīvajā regulējumā. Diplomdarba izstrādes rezultātā tika secināts, ka Darba likumā pastāv nevienlīdzība attiecībā uz darba algām, svētku dienām un ikgadējo atvaļinājumu, kā arī citas problēmas darba tiesiskajā regulējumā, kurām autore darbā sniedz risinājumus.

Issues related to the application of the norms set by regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia regarding wages are considered very often, but there are still a number of problems with pay. Therefore, the theme of the diploma paper is „Problems and their solutions of wage legal regulation in the Latvian Republic's legislative acts”. The aim of the diploma thesis is to carry out research on wages and salaries on the basis of normative acts of the Republic of Latvia and special literature to provide suggestions for solving problems related to wages in the normative regulation. As a result of the diploma thesis, it was concluded that the Labour Law has inequality in terms of salary, public holidays and annual leave, as well as other problems in the legal framework for which the author provides solutions.
