Organizācijas kultūra un tās pilnveidošanas iespējas organizācijā BTA "Baltic Insurance Company".

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Organizācijas kultūra un tās pilnveidošanas iespējas organizācijā BTA “Baltic Insurance Company”” ir noteikt esošo organizācijas kultūru AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company” departamentā “Klientu atbalsta dienests” un veikt tās analīzi, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus organizācijas kultūras pilnveidošanai. Pētījumā ir noskaidrota organizācijas kultūras nozīme, to veidojošie faktori, organizācijas kultūras tipoloģiju teorijas, tika veikta uzņēmuma AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company” darbības analīze un tika izvēlēta piemērotākā metode, lai noteiktu šobrīd esošo un vēlamo organizācijas kultūru. Aptaujas rezultātu analīze un uzņēmuma darbības analīze ļauj veikt secinājumus par esošo organizācijas kultūru un tās pilnveidošanas iespējām. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 12 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta Pirmajā nodaļā tika pētīts organizācijas kultūras jēdziens, tās veidošanās, ietekmējošie faktori un organizāciju kultūru tipoloģiju teorijas. Otrajā nodaļā tika aprakstīta apdrošināšanas nozare un tika veikta AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company” darbības analīze. Trešajā nodaļā apkopoti uzņēmuma darbinieku aptaujas datu rezultāti, lai veiktu analīzi par esošo un vēlamo organizācijas kultūru. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 67 lapaspuses. Darbā ir 10 tabulas, 14 attēli un pievienots 1 pielikums. Darbā izmantoti 29 avoti. Atslēgvārdi: organizācija, kultūra, pilnveidošana, aptauja, analīze.

Bachelor Thesis: “Organizational culture and its enhancement opportunities in AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company”. The aim of bachelor thesis is to identify the current organizational culture in the AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company” department “Customer Support Service” and to perform its analysis to develop proposals for organizational culture improvement. The research identifies the importance of the organizational culture, the factors that make it, the theories of organizational culture typologies. The analysis of the activities of AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company” was performed and the most suitable method was chosen to determine the present and desired organizational culture. Analyzing the results of the survey and analyzing the performance of the company allows to draw conclusions about the existing culture of the organization and its improvement possibilities. Bachelor thesis consists of 3 chapters, 12 sub-chapters, conclusions, suggestions and list of literature and sources. First chapter is devoted to exploring the concept of organizational culture, its formation, influencing factors and theories of organizational culture typologies. In the second chapter authoress describes the insurance industry and performes an analysis of the activities of AAS BTA “Baltic Insurance Company”. In order to analyze the current and desired organizational culture, in the third chapter authoress summarizes the results of the company employee survey. The volume of bachelor thesis is 67 pages.
