Ieguldījumu fondu darbība Latvijā, to attīstības problēmas un iespējas

Abstract

Iguldījumu fondu attīstība ir viens no svarīgākajiem priekšnosacījumiem valsts ekonomikas izaugsmei. Bakalaura darba tēma ir: “Ieguldījumu fondu darbība Latvijā, to attīstības problēmas un iespējas”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīm daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, un bibliogrāfijas saraksta. Darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz pieejamo informāciju, izpētīt ieguldījumu fondu darbību Latvijā, kā arī attīstības problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus par to attīstības iespējam tuvākajā nākotnē. Darba pirmajā nodaļā apkopota teorētiskā informācija par ieguldījumu fondu būtību, to funkcijam un struktūru, kā arī par lomu tatsaimniecības attīstībā. Otrajā daļā tiek pētīti un analizēti ieguldījumu piesaistīšanas ietekmējošie faktori, ieguldījumu fondu attīstības problēmas, veikts Latvijas ieguldījumu fondu sistēmas raksturojums. Trešajā daļā veikts Latvijas ieguldījumu fondu tirgus novērtējums, dinamikas analīze piecu gadu periodā, izpētītas attīstības problēmas un iespējas. Darba noslēgumā izteikti secinājumi par Latvijas ieguldījumu fondu tirgu raksturojošiem rādītājiem, kā arī izteikti finanšu institūcijām un sabiedrībai adresēti priekšlikumi, kā veicināt ieguldījumu fondu tirgus attīstību Latvijā, sekmējot valsts ekonomisko izaugsmi. Darba gaitā tika secināts, ka ieguldījumu fondu attīstība ir viens no svarīgākajiem valsts ekonomikas izaugsmes faktoriem. Tika izpētīts, ka Latvijā ieguldījumu fondi attīstās lēnak, nekā ir iespējams. Bakalaura darbs satur 60 lapas, 9 attēlus, 1 tabulu un 2 formulas. The development of investment funds is one of the most crucial preconditions for the overall growth of the national economy. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Operations of investment funds in Latvia, issues and opportunities of their development”. The thesis consists of the introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, as well as a list of bibliography. The aim of the thesis is to carry out an analysis of investments, their significance and process of attraction in the Latvian national economy; the thesis also aims at drawing conclusions and giving recommendations about the investment environment in Latvia and its development issues and forecasting the investment fund development in future. The first thesis chapter holds theoretical information about the essence of investment funds, their functions and structure, as well as a role in development of the national economy. The second chapter addresses and analyses factors having an impact on the process of attracting investments, as well as investment fund development problems; the chapter also gives characterization of the Latvian system of investment funds. The third chapter holds an assessment of the Latvian investment fund market along with an analysis of the five-year dynamics and elaboration on issues and opportunities. In the ending of the thesis, there are conclusions about the characterizing indicators of the Latvian investment fund market, as well as recommendations addressed to financial institutions and public about how to induce the development of investment funds in Latvia, thus promoting growth of the national economy. Over the course of the thesis, it was concluded that development of investment funds is one of the most crucial preconditions for the overall growth of the national economy. The study showed that investment funds in Latvia develop more slowly than it could be. The bachelor's job contains 60 pages, 9 pictures, 1 table and 2 formulas.
