Būvniecības nozares attīstības tendences Latvijā.

Abstract

Būvniecības nozares attīstības tendenču novērtējums ir būtiska sastāvdaļa tās ilgtspējīgai darbībai. Izpratne par esošās situācijas rādītāju ietekmi un tās gaidāmajām pārmaiņām dod iespēju laicīgi veikt pareizus un ekonomiski pamatotus stratēģiskos lēmumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir: atklāt nozares trūkumus, riskus un iespējas, kā arī prognozēt būvniecības nozares attīstības tendences Latvijā un izvirzīt priekšlikumus nozares veiksmīgai darbībai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek veidota darba teorijas bāze izmantojot pieejamo nozares zinātnisko literatūru. Otrajā nodaļā tiks veikts statistikas apkopojums par līdzšinējo situāciju nozarē apkopojot statistikas datus pat nozares rādītājiem. Trešajā noslēdzošajā nodaļā veikta risku, trūkumu un iespēju analīze izmantojot SVID analīzi, statistikas rādītāju apkopojumu un ekspertu viedokli par nozares aktuālākajiem jautājumiem. Tie būtu: ģenerālvienošanās par miniālo algu, darbaspēka trūkums, ES finansējuma ietekme, ēnu ekonomika. Analizējot nozares iekšējos un ārējos ietekmējošos faktorus veikts kopsavilkums starp ekspertu viedokli un statistiskajiem rādītājiem un veiktas prognozes par iespējamo attīstības tendenci Latvijas būvniecības nozarē.

Assessing trends in the construction sector is an essential part of its sustainable operation. Understanding the impact of the current situation indicators and their upcoming changes provides an opportunity to make timely and economically justified strategic decisions. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is: to reveal the shortcomings, risks and opportunities of the industry, as well as to forecast the development trends of the construction sector in Latvia and to make proposals for successful operation of the sector. In the first chapter, the basis of work theory is developed using the available scientific literature. In the second chapter, a statistical summary of the current situation in the sector will be compiled by compiling statistics for industry indicators. In the third final chapter analysis of risks, shortcomings and opportunities was performed using SWOT analysis, compilation of statistical indicators and expert opinion on the most topical issues of the industry. These would be: general agreement on the minimum wage, lack of labor, impact of EU funding, shadow economy. Analyzing the internal and external influencing factors of the sector, a summary of the experts' opinion and statistical indicators has been made and forecasts on the possible development tendency in the Latvian construction sector.
