Ceļu būves nozares stratēģiskās attistības virzieni Latvijā.

Abstract

Ceļu būves nozarē ir ļoti liela konkurence, kurā bieži uzņēmumi, kuri tikko uzsākuši darbu ceļu būves nozarē ir spiesti pārtraukt uzņēmējdarbību, jo vienkārši citi uzņēmumi nospiež jauno uzņēmumu. No stratēģiju terminiem varētu teikt, ka ceļu būves nozarē ir vērojamas sarkanā okeāna pazīmes, kas norāda uz lielu konkurences esamību. Nozares stāvoklis šobrīd Latvijā ir ļoti sliktā stāvoklī, jo ceļu seguma kvalitāte samazinās, kā arī darbaspēka trūkums ir ļoti liels un tas, kas ir palicis palēnam noveco. Tādēļ autora maģistra darba mērķis ir novērtēt ceļu būves nozares attīstības virzienus nākotnē. Lai sasniegtu maģistra darbā izvirzīto mērķi autors ir izvirzījis vairākus uzdevumus – izanalizēt Latvijas ceļu būves attīstību līdz šim, veikt 6 lielu un 6 mazu ceļu būves uzņēmumu finanšu analīzi un izstrādāt nozares SVID analīzi, salīdzināt Latvijas ceļu būves nozari ar ceļu būves nozarēm Lietuvā un Igaunijā, izanalizēt finansējuma struktūru un veikt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus ceļu būves nozares attīstībai Latvijā. Maģistra darbā tiek izmantota SVID analīze nozares analīzei.

The road construction sector has a very high level of competition, in which often companies that have just started work in the road construction sector are forced to break up their business because simply other companies are pressing the new company and lack experience. It could be said from the terms of the strategies that the road construction industry is witnessing signs of a red ocean, which points to the existence of great competition. The state of the sector is not in a very good position at this point in Latvia, because the quality of road coverage is declining, as well as the lack of workforce is very large and what has remained ageing for the palene. The aim of the author's master's work is therefore to assess future developments in the road construction sector. In order to achieve the goal of the master's work, the author has set out a number of tasks – to analyse Latvia's road construction development so far, to carry out a financial analysis of 6 large and 6 small road construction companies and to develop an analysis of the sector SVID, to compare Latvia's road construction sector with the road construction industries in Lithuania and Estonia, to analyse the structure of funding and to draw conclusions and to put forward proposals for the development of the road construction industry in Latvia. The Master's work uses SVID analysis for industry analysis.
