Asfaltbetona rūpnīcas modernizācijas projekts

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma “Asfaltbetona rūpnīcas modernizācijas projekts”. Reciklētā asfalta pielietošana jaunu asfaltbetona maisījumu ražošanā visā pasaulē pieaug, taču Latvija reciklētā asfalta izmantošanas ziņā ir krietni iepalikusi no Rietumeiropas un Amerikas. Pētījuma mērķis ir veicināt asfaltbetona maisījuma ražošanas efektivitātes pieaugumu Latvijā. Autors pētījumā izvirza konkrēto problēmu - reciklētā asfalta neefektīva atkārtota izmantošana. Problēmas risinājumu autors piedāvā projekta veidā. Rezultātā autors izstrādā projekta “Asfaltbetona rūpnīcas modernizācijas projekts” rokasgrāmatu. Darba galvenie uzdevumi ir izpētīt Latvijas ceļu nozari, izpētīt asfaltbetona ražošanas procesu un veikt Latvijā pieejamā reciklētā asfalta īpašību analīzi. Balstoties uz izpētes procesā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izstrādāt projekta tehniski – ekonomisko pamatojumu un izstrādāt projekta rokasgrāmatu. Darbs sastāv no 92 lappusēm, 32 attēliem, 26 tabulām, 38 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: reciklētais asfalts, asfaltbetons, projekts, projektu vadīšana.

The theme of this master thesis is “Asphalt plant modernization project”. The use of recycled asphalt in the production of new asphalt mixtures worldwide is increasing, however, Latvia is far behind Western Europe and America in terms of recycled asphalt use. The aim of the study is to promote the increase of efficiency of production of asphalt mixture in Latvia. The author in the study identifies the problem - inefficient reuse of recycled asphalt. The author offers the solution in the form of a project. As a result, the author develops an implementation manual for the project “Asphalt plant modernization project”. The main tasks of the thesis are to analyze the Latvian transport industry, to analyze the asphalt production process and to analyze the properties of recycled asphalt which is available in Latvia. Basing on the results from the research process, to develop the technical - economic feasibility of the project and develop a project implementation manual. This thesis consists of 92 pages, 32 images, 26 tables, 38 attachments. Keywords: recycled asphalt, asphalt concrete, project, project management.
