Iepirkuma un pasūtījuma procedūras pilnveidošana telekomunikācijas uzņēmumā "Telia" Igaunija

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Iepirkuma un pasūtījuma procedūras pilnveidošana telekomunikācijas uzņēmumā “Telia” Igaunija”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uzņēmumam “Telia” Igaunijai sniegt priekšlikumus un idejas iepirkuma nodaļai, lai optimizētu sistēmas Microsoft Dynamics, CDPPT un eBS, iekšējo procesu uzdevumus un izveidotu modeli vienotas sistēmas realizācijai. Diplomdarba teorētiskajā daļā pētīti un analizēti teorētiskie aspekti, kas saistīti ar informācijas sistēmām: procesiem, vēsture, pamatuzdevumi, jēdziena skaidrojumi. Analītiskajā daļā raksturoti un pētīti aptauju dati, veikti aprēķini par procesiem bez vērtības un automatizācijas perspektīvas. Projekta daļā tika izstrādātas rekomendācijas par nākotnes stāvokļa plānu un vienotas sistēmas ieviešanu, KPI, kā arī priekšlikumi darbinieku portālu izveide. Darba rezultātā izstrādāts nākotnes stāvoklis un plāns vienotas sistēmas ieviešanai. Izstrādātās rekomendācijas, analīzes un aprēķini optimizēs uzņēmuma iepirkuma nodaļas procesus, ietaupīs laika patēriņu un naudas līdzekļus. Atslēgas vārdi: iepirkuma nodaļa sistēmas, darbības bez vērtības, jauna vienota sistēma.

The topic of diploma thesis is “Improvement of Procurement and Order Procedure in telecommunications company “Telia” Estonia”. The aim of the work is to provide suggestions and ideas for the procurement department to optimize Microsoft Dynamics, CDPPT, eBS systems and processes tasks of “Telia” Estonia and to build up a model for common system implementation within the department. In the theoretical part of work there were studied and analysed the aspects related to information systems: processes, history, basic tasks, interpretation of the concept. In analytical part there were studied and described survey data, non-value adding processes and automation perspective. In project part there were developed recommendations on the future state map and the implementation of new system, the KPI’s, as well as proposals to create employee portal. As a result of this work there was designed state of the future and plan for implementation of a new system. Developed recommendations, analyses and calculations will optimize the process in the company’s procurement department, save time consumption and money.
