Automātiskā finanšu informācijas apmaiņa kā instruments cīņā pret nodokļu nemaksāšanu Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Automātiskā finanšu informācijas apmaiņa kā instruments cīņā pret nodokļu nemaksāšanu Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorijā sniegtajām atziņām un ekspertu intervijās iegūtajiem viedokļiem, izvērtēt automātiskās informācijas apmaiņas par finanšu kontiem darbības efektivitāti, kā arī tās ietekmi uz nodokļu nemaksāšanas faktu identificēšanu un apkarošanu. Bakalaura darba galvenie uzdevumi ir apskatīt automātiskās informācijas apmaiņas konceptu un problēmas, kas veicināja šī procesa veidošanos, izpētīt, kā tiek īstenota automātiskās informācijas apmaiņas darbība un kādā veidā tā ietekmē cīņas pret nodokļu nemaksāšanu realizēšanu, un apkopot, interviju rezultātā, iegūto ekspertu viedokļus par procesa norisi gan finanšu iestādē, gan nodokļu administrācijā, kā arī par automātiskās informācijas apmaiņas nepieciešamību un efektivitāti. Bakalaura pētījuma rezultātā tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 69 lappuses, tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Darbā iekļauti 1 attēls, 1 tabula, 3 grafiki un 2 pielikumi. The topic of this Bachelor thesis is “Atomatic exchange of financial information as a tool to reduce the possibility of tax evasion in Latvia”. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the automatic exchange of information on financial accounts, as well as its impact on the identification and combating of tax evasion, based on the evidenced theory and on the opinions obtained in the expert interviews. The main tasks of the Bachelor thesis are to look at the concept of automatic information exchange and the problems that contributed to the formation of this process, to investigate how the activity of automatic exchange of information is performed and how it affects the implementation of the fight against tax evasion, and to summarize, through interviews, the opinions of the experts on the process, about both the financial institution and the tax administration as well as their view on necessity and effectiveness of the automatic exchange of information. As the result of the Bachelor thesis, proposals were developed. Bachelor paper is 69 pages long, it consists of 3 chapters. The work includes 1 picture, 1 table, 3 charts and 2 appendixes.
