Darbaspēka nodokļu pilnveidošanas iespējas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darbaspēka nodokļu pilnveidošanas iespējas Latvijā.” Darba tēmas aktualitāte pamatojama ar to, ka nodokļi ir viens no galvenajiem valsts ienākumu avotiem, tie nodrošina valsts pastāvēšanu un sabiedrības labklājību. Tāpat, tēmas aktualitāte pamatojama ar to, ka pēc nodokļu reformas stāšanās spēkā 2018. gadā tikai ieviesti jauninājumi saistībā ar darbaspēka nodokļiem un to piemērošanu - piemērojot tos rodas problēmas. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pieejamo informāciju un teoriju, izpētīt darbaspēka nodokļus Latvijā, salīdzināt tos ar citu valstu darbaspēka nodokļu praksi un sniegt priekšlikumus to uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 66 lapaspuses, darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, kurā ietvertas 19 tabulas, 14 attēli, 6 formulas, 2 pielikumi un 56 izmantotie avoti. The theme of the bachelor's thesis is “Improvement possibilities of labour taxes in Latvia.” The topicality of the thesis is justified by the fact that taxes are one of the main sources of state income, they ensure the existence of the state and the welfare of the society. The topicality of the thesis is also justified by the fact that within the tax reform in 2018, innovations related to labour taxes were introduced and because of these changes, arose new problems regarding the application of labour taxes. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is - based on the available information and theory, to study labour taxes in Latvia and to compare them with the taxation practices of other countries and to make suggestions for the labour tax improvement. The volume of the bachelor thesis is 66 pages, the work consists of three chapters containing 19 tables, 14 figures, 6 formulas, 2 attachments and 56 used sources.
