Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt un salīdzināt darbaspēka nodokļus Latvijā, Lietuvā, Igaunijā, Polijā un Čehijā, balstoties uz literatūras, interneta resursu, statistikas datubāžu sniegto informāciju, un, veicot darbaspēka nodokļu aprēķinus noteiktā situācijā, novērtēt darbaspēka nodokļu apmēru un sniegto labumu izvēlētajā valstu blokā, kā arī izstrādāt ieteikumus. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tika apskatīti vispārēji nodokļu, kā arī darbaspēka nodokļa elementi, pielāgošanas principi, to loma ekonomikā. Darba otrajā daļā tika salīdzināta darbaspēka nodokļu pielāgošana Latvijā, Lietuvā, Igaunijā, Polijā un Čehijā. Trešajā daļā tika aprēķināti valstu darbaspēka nodokļi pie noteiktām bruto darba algām, aplūkoti sniegto pabalstu apmēri, salīdzināta valstu minimālo mēnešalgu atbilstība nabadzības riska slieksnim. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 74 lpp, 13 attēli, 10 tabulas, un tika izmantoti 88 literatūras avoti. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to analyze and compare labour taxes in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and the Czech Republic, based on information provided by literature, internet resources, statistical databases, and to estimate the amount of labour taxes and benefits in the selected country block when calculating labour taxes in a particular situation, moreover, make recommendations. The first part of the bachelor's thesis dealt with the general elements of the tax as well as the labour tax, the principles of adjustment, their role in the economy. The second part of the thesis compared labour tax adjustment in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Czech Republic. In the third chapter labour taxes on certain gross wages were calculated according to corresponding country, the amounts of benefits provided were considered, and the compliance of the national minimum wage with the poverty risk threshold was compared. Bachelor work consists of 74 pages, 13 images, 10 tables, and were used 88 literature sources.
