Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir ‘’Organizatoriskās struktūras loma uzņēmuma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas aspektā’’ Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kāda loma ir organizatoriskajai struktūrai uzņēmuma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas aspektā Darbā tiek aplūkoti organizatoriskās struktūras un konkurētspējas teorētiskie aspekti, konkurētspējas mērīšanas metodes uzņēmuma līmenī un apkopoti iepriekšējo pētījumu rezultāti par organizatoriskās struktūras ietekmi uz konkurētspējas rādītājiem. Darbā tiek izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, pēc finanšu pārskatiem aprēķinot uzņēmumu konkurētspējas rādītājus, kā arī kvalitatīvā metode, aptaujājot uzņēmumu darbiniekus, lai noskaidrotu uzņēmumu organizatorisko struktūru. Darbā izmantoti 59 avoti, 13 attēli, 26 tabulas, 13 formulas un 1 pielikums. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 65 lapas.

The subject of bachelor’s thesis is ‘’The role of the organizational structure in terms of increasing the competitiveness of the company’’. The aim of thesis is to investigate what is the role of the organizational structure in terms of increasing the competitiveness of the company. The bachelor’s thesis examines the theoretical aspects of the organizational structure and competitiveness, methods of measuring competitiveness at company level and summarizes the results of previous researches about the impact of the organizational structure on competitiveness measures. Quantitative research method is used for calculating the competitiveness measures according to the financial statements of two companies, as well as qualitative method by surveying employees of two companies to ascertain organizational structures. Paper consists of 65 pages, including 58 sources, 13 pictures, 26 tables, 13 formulas and 1 appendix.
