Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir mežizstrādes uzņēmuma SIA “Forestry and Investment” dibināšana. Projekta ideja ir mežizstrādes uzņēmuma SIA “Forestry and Investment” dibināšana, kas nodarbosies ar mežizstrādes pakalpojumu sniegšanu. Uzņēmuma plānotais pakalpojumu sniegšanas reģions – Vidzeme. Projekta ideja ir aktuāla, jo pasaulē pieaug pieprasījums pēc koksnes, un koksnes izstrādājumiem. Mūsdienās aktuāla problēma pasaulē ir klimata pārmaiņas, alternatīvās enerģijas ieguvi. Darba autors uzskata, ka nākotnē pakāpeniski pieaugs pieprasījums pēc koksnes, daļēji aizvietojot tādus dabas resursus kā: nafta, dabasgāze. Darba autors izvēlējās dibināt uzņēmumu mežizstrādes nozarē, jo jau vairāk kā piecus gadus nodarbojas ar mežsaimniecību ģimenes mežos, kas ir aptveni 300 hektāri meža. Stādot un atjaunojot meža platības, kopjot jaunaudzes. Pēdējo piecu gadu laikā ir piesistīti vairāk kā 20 000 Eur ES fondu projektu īstenošanā. Pēdējā gada laikā ir radusies ideja par komercdarbības uzsākšanu tieši mežizstrādes nozarē, kas paplašinātu darbības loku. Iegūtās zināšanas ļautu veiksmīgi uzsākt komercdarbību. Izmantotās pētīšanas metodes: •analītiskā metode; •grafiskā metode; •statistiskā datu apstrādes metode. Projekta mērķis ir dibināt uzņēmumu SIA “Forestry and Investment”, kas sniegs kvalitatīvus pakalpojumus mežu īpašniekiem, un iekarot tirgus daļu mežizstrādes nozarē. Darba gaitā autors aprakstīja un analizēja: •projekta ideju; •uzņēmuma dibināšanas iespējas; •nozares tendences Latvijā un pasaulē; •pakalpojuma būtību; •mārketingu; •projekta iespējamo finanšu darbības plānu; •riskus. Uzņēmuma piedāvātie pakalpojumi būs: •Koku zāģēšana un sortimentu sagatavošana •Koku sortimentu pievešana pie ceļa. Mežizstrādes nozarē konkurence ir samērā liela, tāpēc būtisks akcents tiks likts uz pašizmaksas samazināšanu uz katru izstrādāto vienību. Pirms darba uzsākšanas, katra cirsma tiks izvērtēta, un izstrādāts mežizstrādes plāns. Dibināmā uzņēmuma SIA “Forestry and Investment” juridiskā forma ir sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA). Juridiskās formas izvēle pamatojama ar izdevīgāko un komerclikumam atbilstošu. Dibināmā uzņēmuma SIA “Forestry and Investment” atrašanās vieta būs Cesvaines novads, Kraukļi, kur tiks glabāta uzņēmuma tehnika. Vietas izvēlē pamatojama ar to, ka noliktavas pieder darba autora ģimenei, kas neradīs problēmas ar noliktavas nomai atrašanas vietu. Dibināmā uzņēmuma SIA “Forestry and Investment” pamatkapitāls būs 65 000 EUR. Visu summu paredzēts ieguldīt naudā, mantiskais ieguldījums nav paredzēts. Pamatkapitāls tiks novirzīts pamatlīdzekļu iegādei, un apgrozījumam nepieciešamajām rezervēm. SIA “Forestry and Investment” dibinātāji un īpašnieki būs 1 privātpersona. Pamatkapitāls tiks sadalīts 100 daļās, katras daļas nominālvērtība būs 65 EUR. Dibināmā uzņēmuma pamatlīdzekļus paredzēts iegādāties, saimnieciskās darbības sākumā. Pamatlīdzekļu iegāde tiks finansēta no uzņēmuma pamatkapitālā, un plānots piesaistīt bankas kredītu.

Nowadays, the problem of the world is climate change, and extraction of alternative energy. The author is convinced that wood demand will gradually grow in the future, partly by replacing natural resources such as oil, natural gas. The author has chosen foundation of company in the timber logging industry, due to expierence for more than five years focus of works in family forestry, which is made up around 300 hectares of forest. Planting and forest restoration this areas, improving young forest plantation. Over the past five years, more than 20,000 euro has been allocated from the EU funding. Over the last year, the idea of commercial activity directly in the timber logging has born in order to extend the scope of activity. The knowledge acquired would allocated successful start for commercial activities. Research methods: •analytical; •graphic; •processing statistical data. The aim of the project is to create “Forestry and Investment” Ltd, that will provide high-quality services to forest owners, and to capture market position in the logging services. Significant emphasis will be focuded on cost reducing per unit. Before the start each sawing area will be evaluated and a logging plan will be prepared. The form of the company “Forestry and Investment” is a limited liability company. The choice of form is based on considerations of the most beneficial business structure and acording to commercial law. The location of the company will be in Cesvaine, “Krauļi”, where the company's machinery will be stored. The choice of location is based, on that condition warehouses belong to the family of the author. Therefore problems with the location of the warehouse rent will be prevented. Equity of “Forestry and Investment”Ltd capital will be 65 000 euro. The entire amount will be invested in cash, the property contribution is not planned. Equity capital will be transferred for the acquisition of equity assets and the necessary reserves of turnover. The founders and owners of “Forestry and Investment” Ltd will be 1 natural person.
