Projekts: Uzņēmuma "Ovum Bistro" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis bija nodibināt bistro, kur klientiem būs iespēja izbaudīt veselīgus ēdienus no olām kā salāti, omletes, vēršacs, burgeri, vrapi. Ar savu ideju autors mēģinās ieinteresēt iedzīvotājus pievērsties veselīgam uzturam, piedāvājot plašu ēdiena sortimentu no olām. Autors uzskata, ka viņa ideja ir oriģināla, jo šobrīd nav līdzīgas vietas, kur tiktu piedāvāts plašs ēdienu sortiments no olām. Protams ir restorāni vai citas ēdināšanas vietas, kur var pasūtīt ēdienus no olām, piemēram, dažādas omletes, bet to var izdarīt noteiktajā laikā, biežāk brokastu laikā, vai ēdienu izvēle ir ierobežota. Autors uzskata, ka viņu ideja ir aktuāla, jo uzturs ir cilvēka dzīves neatņemama sastāvdaļa, tāpēc cilvēka veselība liela mēra ir atkarīga no tā. Uzturs var radīt ne tikai slimības, bet arī novērst tās. Darbā autors secināja, ka pēdējos gados pieauga aptaukošana un mirstība no asinsrites sistēmas slimībām, kas tiek izraisīts no neveselīga uztura un, kas tiešā veidā paātrina organisma saslimšanu un ar to arī nāves cēloņus. Par idejas pamatu kalpo ola, jo tā ir veselīgs produkts, kas satur olbaltumvielas, vitamīnus A-B grupas, minerālvielas, lipīdus, luteīnu. Turklāt ola ir vērtīga ar taukskābēm, kas mazina asins trombu veidošanās risku sirds asinsvados un ar to saglabā sirds veselību. Bet ola ir ne tikai īpašais produkts, kas ir bagāts ar dažādiem vitamīniem, bet arī svarīgs reliģiskais simbols Lieldienās. Arī pēc dažādas folkloras ola simbolizēja labu zīmi, veiksmi, bagātību un veselību. Tāpēc no kuras puses neapskatīt olas, tad tās ir veselīgais produkts. Darba ietvaros autors apskatīja mītu par olu, kas skar holesterīna daudzumu un secināja, ka lielākā daļa no olas holesterīna tiek neitralizētā ar lecitīna palīdzību, tāpēc biežāka, bet saprātīgos daudzumos olu patērēšana neietekmē negatīvi uz veselību. Par uzņēmuma komercdarbības formu autors izvēlējas SIA, jo individuālais komersants tiek dibināts un nodarbināts kā viena fiziska persona, bet autora projektā būs nodarbināts vairāk nekā 1 darbinieks. Savukārt personālsabiedrības biedri atbild ar visu savu mantu, tāpēc otrais komersanta veids arī nav piemērota projekta īstenošana, jo autors nevēlas atbildēt ar visu savu mantu. Akciju sabiedrībai ir lielāks sākotnējais pamatkapitāls un valsts nodeva, kā arī organizatoriskā struktūra ir sarežģītāka salīdzinājumā ar SIA. Tāpēc autors izvēlējas SIA, jo pamatkapitāls un nodeva ir zemāka, vieglāka organizatoriska struktūra un dalībnieks neatbild ar visu savu mantu. Uzņēmuma atrašanās vieta atrodas Rīgas centrā - Pulkveža Brieža iela 4/6 ar mēneša īres maksu 600 EUR par 147 m² vai 4.08 EUR/m². Uzņēmumu dibinās 2 īpašnieki ar kopējo pamatkapitālu 9 000 EUR, iemaksājot vienādas daļas. Uzsākot darbību jūlijā 2019. gada būs nodarbināti 3 darbinieki - kasieris/ īpašnieks, vecākais pavārs/ īpašnieks, apkopējs, kā arī ir plānots iegādāties kopumā 12 pamatlīdzekļus un dažādu mazvērtīgo inventāru. The aim of the Master's thesis was to establishing a bistro, where customers will have the opportunity to enjoy healthy dishes from eggs like salads, omelets, fried eggs, burgers, wraps. With his idea autor will try to interest people in a healthy diet offering them a wide range of food from eggs. The autor believe that his idea is original because there is no similar place at this moment where is served a wide range of food from eggs. Of course, there are restaurants or other catering sites where you can order dishes from eggs, such as different omelets, but you can do it at a given time, more often during breakfast, or the choice of dishes is limited. The author thinks that his idea is relevance because nutrition is an integral part of human life, therefore human health depends heavily on it. Nutrition can not only cause diseases, but also prevent them. In the thesis author have concluded that obesity and mortality from cardiovascular disease have been increased in recent years, which are caused by unhealthy diets and which directly accelerate bodys illness and the causes of death. As a fundamental of autor idea serves an egg, because it is the healthy product that contains protein, vitamins A-B groups, minerals, lipids, lutein. In addition, the egg is valued with fatty acids, which reduces the risk of blood clots forming in the blood vessels and preserves heart health. But the egg is not only the special product that is rich in a variety of vitamins, but also an important religious symbol at Easter. Also after a variety of folklore, the egg symbolised a good sign, luck, wealth and health. From all sides egg is a healthy product. As part of the thesis, author examined the myth about egg and the amount of cholesterol in it. The autor have been concluded that more of the egg's cholesterol is neutralised by lecithin, so more frequent, but in reasonable quantities egg consumption does not adversely affect health. The author chooses Limited liability company as the company's commercial activity form because the individual merchant is founded and employed as one natural person, while the author project will employ more than 1 employee. On the other hand, the members of the general partnership are responsible for all their property, and then the second type of merchant is not appropriate to implement the project, because the author does not want to respond with all his property. The stock company has a higher initial fixed capital and a state fee, as well as a more complex organisational structure compared to Limited liability company. Therefore, the author chooses Limited liability company because the fixed capital and fee are lower, the lighter organisational structure and the member does not respond with all of its property. The location of the company is located in the centre of Riga - Pulkveža Brieža iela 4/6 with a monthly rent of 600 EUR per 147 m ² or 4.08 EUR/m ².
