IKP pieaugums raksturo labvelīgu valsts ekonomisku izaugsmi. Latvijas mazumtirdzniecības pārtikas veikalu apgrozījuma pārmaiņu dinamika parāda, ka ar katru gadu pārtikas veikalu apgrozījums pieaug, kas nozīme, ka cilvēki ar katru gadu ir spējīg The idea of the project is the opening of a Greek production store in Riga with the aim of giving every client the opportunity to arrive in Greece for a moment and feel the fresh, healthy, unique taste of products that have been grown and produced with Greek traditions. All Greek products that will be sold in the store are ecologically and biologically clean. According to the FiBL Institute of Organic Agriculture Research, in 2011 the consumption of organic products in Latvia was only 1.92 euros per capita. Until 2016, consumption increased very slowly, but in 2017 the consumption of organic products increased sharply by 1.32 euros compared to the previous year and reached 3.32 euro per capita. The results of this study show that more and more money is consumed by healthy and biologically clean products. The name of the company is the limited liability company “Grietija” (“Grietija” Ltd.). But the name of the store itself will be "Olive Sense", the name of the store is chosen because almost all the produce is produced using olives, and this name encourages a person to taste Greek olives and feel their true unique taste. The most suitable premises for opening a shop are in the Center, 53 Stabu Street. “Grietija” Ltd. share capital at the time of foundation will amount to EUR 27000, which will be used to start up the company, purchase fixed assets, inventory, current assets, as well as rent and other expenses related to economic activity. In the company, the position of the director will be performed by the founder G, and the founder G will perform the duties of a procurement specialist, IT specialist duties will be performed by the founder E and also will be 2 sales consultants. At the start of the business, it was decided that the outsourced company would be the accounting officer at the beginning. In the start-up phase, this will help to reduce costs, as maintaining the full-time accountant will be disadvantageous and inefficient. Each of the founders will invest their share in the share capital at the beginning of the establishment of “Grietija” Ltd. The total equity that will be paid into the bank account of the company is EUR 27000, but this money will not be enough to fully cover the opening costs of the shop, so the establishment of the company will require additional financing. The company will attract funding of EUR 15000 for a period of up to 3 years with an average interest rate of 6% at the JSC SEB bank program - for entrepreneurs to start a new business. The monthly payment for the principal and interest of the loan will amount to EUR 456.33. At the moment, there is a good environment for the implementation of the project “Shop of Greek production establishment”, as the GDP of Latvia in the previous years grew, as well as it is expected to continue growing. GDP growth is characterized by a favorable economic growth of the country. The dynamics of the changes in the turnover of Latvian retail food stores show that every year the turnov
