Vadības darbība pedagogu psihosociālo risku menedžmentā "A" novada vidusskolās

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt izglītības iestādes vadības darbību pedagogu psihosociālo risku novēršanā. Pētījuma gaitā ir veikta teorijas analīze, empīriskajā pētījuma daļā – “A” novada 3 vidusskolu pedagogu anketēšana un intervijas ar šo vidusskolu direktoriem. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, kādi ir pedagogu apzinātie psihosociālie riski un to ietekme pedagogu darbībā, tos sastatot ar skolu direktoru vērtējumiem. Pētījumam izvirzītā hipotēze - “A” novada vidusskolās psihosociālie riski tiek mazināti, ja mērķtiecīgi tiek deleģēti darba pienākumi pedagogiem, tiek uzlaboti ergonomiskie apstākļi darba vietā, tiek organizētas apmācības stresa vadībā pedagogiem. – tika apstiprināta daļēji, jo tika pierādīts, ka ergonomiskie apstākļi tiek uzlaboti un apmācības organizētas, lai pedagogi būtu kompetenti stresa pārvaldībā, taču nav konstatēta mērķtiecīga pienākumu deleģēšana vidusskolu pedagogiem.

The aim of the research is to study school managements action in the teacher’s psychosocial risk prevention. During the research a theoretical information analysis was done alongside interviews with school principals and surveys for the teachers. During the research three interviews with school principals were organised, and a survey was sent to the school teachers. The results of the research have shown that the identified psychosocial risks and its affect in the teachers action, compiling them with the principals rating. The researches hypothesis - The psychosocial risks in the “A” district high-schools are reduced, if the duties are being delegated purposefully, the ergonomic conditions are being improved in the working place, and there are being organised training in stress management for the teachers. – approved partly, because the ergonomic factors are being improved and the teachers are being sent to seminars, and other educational trainings, to be able to deal with stress management.
