Komunikācijas nozīme pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā vispārējās izglītības iestādēs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Komunikācijas nozīme pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā vispārējās izglītības iestādēs. Darba mērķis: pētīt komunikācijas nozīmi pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā vispārējās izglītības iestādēs Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, praktiski pētnieciskās daļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Bakalaura autors teorētiskajā daļā pētīja un analizēja teorētiskās atziņas par komunikāciju, pārmaiņu vadību un komunikācijas nozīmi pārmaiņu ieviešanā. Praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā tika anketēti 80 skolotāji no divām skolām – “X” vidusskola un Rīgas “Y” vidusskola, noskaidrojot to kāda nozīme ir komunikācijai, kad skolā tiek ieviestas pārmaiņas. Noslēguma daļā tika veikti secinājumi, sniegti priekšlikumi. Komunikācijai ir nozīmīga loma pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā vispārējās izglītības iestādēs. The theme of the Bachelor Thesis: ”The Importance of Communication in the Process of Change in General Educational Institutions”. The aim: to examin the importance of communication in the process of change in the general educational institutions The paper consists of an introduction, theoretical part, practical part of the research, conclusions and proposals. In the theoretical part of the Theses the author researched and analysed theory about communication, change management and the imoportance of communication in change management. In the practical part 80 teachers from two schools – “X” Secondary School and Riga “Y” Secondary School, gave their answers about their opinion about communication in change management in their schools. In the final section of the Theses there were made conclusions and given some proposals. Communication plays an important role in the process of change in general education institutions.
