Talsu pašvaldības sadarbības prakse ar pilsētas vispārējās vidējās izglītības iestādēm

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts par tēmu “Talsu pašvaldības sadarbības prakse ar pilsētas vispārējās vidējās izglītības iestādēm”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt Talsu pašvaldības sadarbības praksi ar pilsētas vispārējās vidējās izglītības iestādēm. Sadarbība ir svarīgs process, kura laikā, savstarpēji sadarbojoties, ir iespējams efektīvi veikt nepieciešamos uzdevumus, lai tiktu sasniegti nospraustie mērķi. Darba autore Kristīne Zaikovska. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās. Teorētiskajā daļā autore, balstoties uz pedagoģijas un psiholoģijas zinātnieku atziņām par sadarbību, pētīja un analizēja sadarbības termina skaidrojumus, sadarbības veidus un izpausmes, kā arī savstarpējo komunikāciju, kura ir svarīga veiksmīgas sadarbības sastāvdaļa. Empīriskajā daļā tika aptaujāti 80 pedagogi no četrām Talsu pilsētas vispārējās vidējās izglītības iestādēm – Talsu Valsts ģimnāzijas, Talsu 2. vidusskolas, Talsu Kristīgās vidusskolas un Talsu Vakara un neklātienes vidusskolas. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervēti minēto izglītības iestāžu vadītāji un Talsu novada Izglītības pārvaldes vadītājs, kā arī veikta datu analīze. Pēc veiktās datu analīzes tika secināts, ka sadarbība starp pašvaldību un izglītības iestādēm ir veiksmīga, taču, lai nerastos stagnācija, jāveic nepieciešamie pasākumi sadarbības nemitīgai uzlabošanai. Izglītības iestāžu vadībai jāinformē pedagogi par jaunākajām aktualitātēm, lai nerastos pārpratumi informācijas trūkuma dēļ. Pamatojoties uz empīriskajā daļā atklātajām problēmām, tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi pašvaldības un iestāžu efektīvākai sadarbībai. Darba apjoms ir 76 lapas, kuras satur 17 attēlus, 30 avotus, no kuriem 13 ir ārzemju avoti, un 4 pielikumus.

Bachelor’s thesis is written on the topic of “The Practice of Talsi Municipality Cooperation with City’s Secondary Education Institutions”. The aim of the paper is to research the practice of cooperation between Talsi municipality and the city’s secondary education institutions. Cooperation is an important process during which it is possible to effectively do the necessary tasks to reach the set goals. The author is Kristīne Zaikovska. The thesis consists of two parts – theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part the author studied and analyzed the explanations of the term ‘cooperation’ based on the thoughts of scientists of pedagogy and psychology, different forms of cooperation and its manifestation as well as mutual communication, which is an important part of successful cooperation. In the empirical part 80 pedagogues from 4 secondary schools in Talsi were surveyed – Talsi State Gymnasium, Talsi 2nd Secondary School, Talsi Christian Secondary School and Talsi Evening and Extramural School. During the research the leaders of the mentioned educational institutions and Talsi Municipality chairman of Department of Education were surveyed, as well as the analysis of data was done. After the data analysis it was concluded that cooperation between municipality and educational institutions is successful, however to not begin stagnation the necessary measures have to be made to continually enhance the cooperation. The leaders of educational institutions have to inform the pedagogues about current events to avoid misunderstandings because of lack of information. Based on the revealed problems in the empirical part, proposals were developed for more effective cooperation between municipality and the institutions. The work consists of 76 pages that include 17 pictures, 30 resources out of which 13 are foreign, and 4 abstracts.
